The park is located minutes from the Stanly County Airport. Less than 30 miles to Interstate 485 and UNC Charlotte and less than 20 miles from Interstate 85 via US Hwy 52 to Salisbury. 4 Stanly County Industrial Ventures Site Industrial Ventures: Located on Executive Drive and adjacent streets, just north of US 52 HWY in Richfield, North Carolina. This site is approximately 2-1/2 miles from the Windstream serving Central Office in New London. The NPA NXX is (704) 463 in the NWLNNCXA Wire Center. Telecom Infrastructure Near Site Windstream is the Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC). Windstream has aerial fiber optic cable approximately 1/4 of a mile west of the site along N Cemetery Street and Morgan Street. Time Warner Cable provides CATV service to Stanly County. There is coaxial cable at the site, at the northern most property line along Deese Road. Time Warner Cable also has aerial fiber optic cable less than less 500 feet from the southern property line, along US 52 HWY, and less than 1/4 of a mile from other parcels along Main Street. The City of Albemarle has its own private dark fiber network. This fiber is just over 5-1/2 miles south of the site, along US 52 HWY at Bethany Road in Albemarle. Randolph Telephone Membership Corp has buried fiber optic cable approximately 7 miles east at NC 8 HWY and Badin Lake Road in Davidson County. CenturyLink has fiber across the river, in Montgomery County, along NC 109 HWY, just over 15 miles east of the site. MCNC has buried fiber optic cable 17 miles southwest of the property, at NC 200 HWY and Mt. Pleasant Church Road in Cabarrus County. There are at least four (4) Cell Towers within a five mile and radius of the site. According to their availability websites Verizon Wireless and AT&T Mobility have 4G service at the site.

Windstream and Time Warner Cable have fiber infrastructure very close to the property boundaries of this business park. Both can provide ready access to high bandwidth services. Diversified fiber services can be available from these providers. Additional Service Providers are in the region, but may require substantial builds to service the site. TWC has fiber approaching this site from four diverse directions making physical level diversity very easy at this location. Windstream has fiber along the Rt. 49 corridor which provides access to the Concord / Charlotte markets and the Greensboro/ Raleigh markets. A combination of the two providers will allow diverse fiber access from no less than 4 directions to this location.
