In the Downloads and Cloud PC setup files section below click on this icon. When you download the setup file you may get a pop-up, this will depend upon the security settings on your computer. You may get a warning that the publisher could not be verified, or Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to your computer? Click on Run,Ok, or More Options to continue the setup. The Windows installer program will now start: Click on Next and you will asked to specify a destination folder.

Leave the default settings and again click Next. The start menu folder options then come up. Again, leave the default settings and again click Next. At the next window, which is simply a confirmation, click Install. Once the Installation is complete, a second Installation will take place of the Print Drivers. This will allow you to print locally on your computer, from within Cloud PC. Again click Next. At the next window, click the radio button for I accept the agreement and then again click Next

Again click Next. At the next window, click the radio button for I accept the agreement and then again click Next And once more click Next You will get the same option as before of selecting a folder, leave the default settings and click Next. The last window is another confirmation window and once again click Install. Once this installation is complete, you will be asked to click Finish

CONNECTING Once you have completed the installation above and the restart of your computer, you are now ready to connect to your Cloud PC! On your desktop you should now see a red icon called Cloud PC. Double click the icon to launch the connection. LOGINS Enter the Username and Password fields as provided. Then click the LOGIN or SIGNIN button. The version of your client will determine if you see a LOGIN or SIGNIN button. They both do exactly the same thing. PRINTING When you would like to print a report from within any program on your Cloud PC, simply Click on the Print menu as you normally would. You will then see multiple printer options. The three printers that are of interest to you will be TSPrint Default, TSPrint PDF and TSPrint Printer. This is the distinction between the 3 printers: 1.TSPrint Default If selecting this as the Print option, the report you have selected will print to whatever printer is set up as your Default Printer on your local machine. So, if your default printer on your HP Laptop is the printer in your office that is where the report will print to. 2. TSPrint PDF If selecting this as the Print option, the report you have selected to print will convert to a pdf file and you will be prompted as to where you would like to save the file. You will have two sections to choose from Server Actions which are on the Cloud PC Local Actions which are on your Local PC drives. You can also email the pdf directly from this screen. If the email feature is something that you do want to use, please let us know and we can discuss the various options available on using this feature. 3. TSPrint Printer If selecting this as the Print option, when you click on Print, another pop up window will appear listing all of the printers that are available to print to, with the names that appear for the printer from your local machine. This allows you to print to a local or network machine, even if it is not your default printer.

LOGGING OFF Logging off of your Cloud PC is important as it closes the portal into the server. Not only does it keep your data more secure, but every time you log off the system, the data is backed up. At 4:00 am Atlantic Time a full backup will take place of all changes throughout the day and duplicated on a redundant server. To log off click the Start icon and then click Sign Out or Log Off depending on your version of Cloud PC. We ask that you please do try and log off when you will not be using the session for an extended period of time.
