Personal Study Environment Structure At the right top of the site, you can find Your Personal Details, Personal study environment has 4 Tabs in the top bar: Home, My Courses, Community & Content, Customer Care, Order & Shipment and Inbox: 8
Edit Your Profile You can Edit Your Profile by clicking on a link "edit profile" at the left top of the page: 9

Home Tab Under this Tab You can find your Schedule, and Enter Your Classes. To enter a class, click on the "Enter Class" blue button that appears 30 min before the class starts: 11

My Courses Tab From the drop down menu, you can select the course you want to see. Inside a course page, you can find: 1. The Recordings of last 10 lessons *To view recordings install recording player software. Recording appears 24 hours after the lesson. We advise to save recordings to your computer. 13

Class Toolbar Point the content on the whiteboard, appears as arrow with participant's name on it. Type your text on the whiteboard. Draw Lines and arrows, for other options click on drop down menu: Draw shapes, for other options click on drop down menu: Draw on the whiteboard highlighter or pen, to switch use dropdown menu (in Mac long click on a mouse). Choose color for drawing and typing, color palette with dropdown menu: Clear annotations 19
Audio in the Class Make sure the audio device plugged into the computer: headset, separate microphone and/or speaker 1. Green=Speaker 2. Pink=Microphone Use Audio Test in the class, in the top left menu choose: Audio> Speaker/Microphone Audio Test When teacher starts Voice Conference, please click on "Yes" or go to: Audio> Voice Conference>Join Conference 20
Audio in the Class When There is No Sound in the Class: 1. Plug again the Audio device: Speakers/ Headset/ Microphone 2. Make sure Skype turned off 3. Perform Audio Test in the class 4. Make sure audio conference started and you joined it, at the top left bar go to: Audio> Voice Conference> Join Voice Conference 5. Check that your volume is on maximum on a Headset/ Speaker/Computer 6. Contact our Technical Support: open a New Enquiry (p.14) 21
Saving Materials in the Class To save Materials of the Class During Your Lesson: 1. Go to "File" menu in the left top of a class 2. Click on Save all 3. Check (V) the box titled Shared Files 4. Select Save as PDF 5. Click Save/ Ok Windows View Mac View To save Materials In the End of Your Lesson: Click the X to leave the class as you usually would. You will be promped asking "Do you want to leave this meeting now?" Choose Yes. Proceed to steps 3-5 as explained above. 22

Enter Class from Mobile Devices 1. Open your Default Browser (android browser, safari) 2. Type in the address bar: STUDENT.ETEACHERGROUP.COM and fill in login details 3. "Enter Class" button appears on your home tab 30 min before the class starts, click on it 26
Enter Class from Mobile Devices 4. The Webex App will appear automatically on your screen 5. When the teacher starts a Voice Conference this message will appear, click on "Connect" 6. After joining the conference you will see this message at the top bar 27
Tools in the Mobile Device Class At the top bar of the class you can find these icons: 1. Mute or Unmute microphone One click on an icon and the position changes 28

Important Information regarding Classes in Mobile Devices For mobile devices there are no annotation tools in the class (pen, highlighter etc.) For mobile devices there is no option to view recordings 30
