It carries out all the activities related to the execution of the contract and directly performs the workings of greater technical content.the Company has been carrying out its activities since 1957, when it was an individual enterprise managed by Mr. Primavera Pietrino; later in 1997 it became a limited liability company with the engineer Primavera Paolo s entry into the administration. Its legal and administrative head office is situated in Via F. M. De Benedictis, 4 - Guardiagrele (CH) in a new prefab warehouse consisting of a storage shed on the ground floor of about 1,000 sm., and the offices on the first floor with a total surface of about sm. 700.The Company has got qualified professionals with great experience in relevant sectors. Within the Company organization there is a strictly administrative sector which carries out all the duties related to it, such as estimates, supplies, personnel management, administrative accounting, wages and contributions, budgets (with the support of an external accounting firm), forms for participation in tenders, forms for the maintenance and application of the quality management system. The Enterprise has got a staff of technicians who plan, organize activities in the yards, control production, carry out checks on materials and on the correct execution of works, make topographic surveys and stakeouts and cooperate in the office with the technical administration in the processing of accounting for the SAL, in the return of the reliefs and measures taken in the yard. The technical administration also provides all the documents concerning security on the yards in accordance with the Law 81/2008, it monitors and checks productivity in the yards directly referring to the Direction, works out technical-accounting documents for the drawing of improvement proposals and carries out every activity concerning the technical aspects of the yard. 2

(Amount of work 7,850,000 ) work in progressthe artery to be constructed has the function to link the motorway exit in Ortona with the S.S. n. 16 Adriatica near the north entrance of the gallery Marrucina, in order to avoid the transit along a stretch of road of the ex S.S. 538 Marrucina which has become an urban road with several houses, commercial and crafts / industrial activities. 11

(Amount of work 4,815,761.53) work in progress This executive project on the S.S. 602 Di Forca di Penne, in the municipality of Cepagatti, concerns the realization of a link road between the state road and the motorway junction Chieti- Pescara in locality Dragonara. The layout of the project has a lenght of about 1755 m. (with the exception of the branches in the roundabout at the junction ramps on the Asse attrezzato). An intersection of rotary type is the initial characteristic element and in the project it is the most suitable choice to regularize and secure the existing junction, as well as to rationalize the traffic mobility. The final stretch of the route is also marked by a viaduct over the River Pescara, 173.45 m long, and by a roundabout which allows the sorting of traffic in "all directions". 13

(Amount of work 3,429,885.35 ) work in progress - This project is part of the works of improvement and implementation of safety of the main communication routes in Abruzzo, and deals with works of plano-altimetric adjustment of the S.S. n. 17 in the Appennino Abruzzese, road trunk from Navelli to Sulmona, between km 87+200 (crossroad of Corfinio) and km91+000 (Junction of Roccacasale). The main aspects are the widening of the roadway, the rectification and the implementation of safety of some curves, and the reconstruction of the junctions of Corfinio and Roccacasale, besides other smaller interventions of water regulation and implementation of safety of several secondary entries to houses and fields, through the widening of the roadway with the creation of an acceleration and deceleration lane. 16

PERFORAZIONI ED OPERE DI CONSOLIDAMENTO DRILLING AND REINFORCEMENT WORKS > Works for the safeguard and consolidation of landslide risk areas in the municipality of Lanciano. (Amount of work 4,997,283.71 ) work in progress In view of the complex hydrogeological situation and the great size of the territory, different types of intervention have been adopted, both to mitigate the risk conditions now existing, and in order to restore security for the most critical sides. The choice of the interventions to be realized has been done adopting the following main project lines: The safeguard of the risk areas and the consolidation of the landslide risk areas. These interventions aim to avoid dangerous situations and damages like those which occurred in 2003, and thus they consist mostly in the realization of an orderly system of rainwater collection and regulation of the water flow up to the ultimate sinks. Such interventions have been planned in order to guard the existing buildings and the infrastructures situated in the areas at risk or immediately adjacent. On the other hand the consolidation works are intended to regulate the hydrogeological structure of the subsoil and to give the embankments and slopes conditions of safe stability. They are primarily drainage interventions in the deep layers, aiming to ensure the regular outflow of the groundwater, which in the past was made possible through the numerous springs and fountains at the foot of the slopes, at present mostly lost. In this context we can also include the interventions of renaturisation of the ditches and valleys that once modeled the various hills, aiming to encourage - even with the adoption of specific legal instruments - the establishment of specific areas intended for reforestation. 18

URBANIZATION WORKS > Infrastructural works AREA 21 - ROIO POGGIO - L AQUILA - 2009 - PROGETTO C.A.S.E. (EARTHQUAKE L AQUILA) (Amount of work 1,621,623.84 ) The intervention planned for locality Roio Poggio, in the municipality of L'Aquila, forms part of the provisions of the Decree Law no. 39 of 28 April 2009, as amended, and it consists in the construction of housing units intended for lasting use, as well as in the related infrastructure and services works. In particular, the company has focused on the construction of the underground utilities such as: - Realization of the aqueduct;- Realization of the white water network; - Realization of the sewage network; - Realization of the electric line for public lighting; - Realization of electrical installations for garages; - Realization of industrial floor screeds in the garages of the housing units; - Construction of roads, sidewalks, parking areas; - Accommodation of green areas. 20

LIFTING PLANTS Realization of drainage works of the groundwater c/to the yard of Francavilla Al Mare (Ch) LANDFILLS Among the completed works, the CO.GE.PRI.
