3 About us The Company Condotte Immobiliare Società per Azioni is an Investment and Management Company, dealing with the whole real estate cycle. Condotte Immobiliare is a Group Ferfina spin off of real estate activities, its success in the development industry and in the real estate business services is based on the consolidation of 130 years experience of the Group in leading any kind of building process. 6 Services In particular we deal with: Facility Property Global Service Integrated management of support services for operation, use and development exploitation of real estate and urban assets (UNI 11447:2012). We also respect the standard UNI EN : Facility Management - Terms and definitions. Management of the complex of technical - administrative business services designed to achieve a "regular income" and / or a "capital gain" from a real estate asset. Integrated real estate maintenance activities with full responsibility by the assumptor on the results in terms of achieving and / or maintaining performance levels prescribed by the Client (UNI 11136:2004).

9 Management tools In a Global Service contract Condotte Immobiliare applies management and operative models ensuring a high level of quality of the service provided through the following management tools: Site Manager The professional who coordinates all services, is the first interface to the client. Responsible for the management of people and all the activities planned in the global service. Ensures exploitation of synergies between the different services of the global service to create opportunities for improvement and cost savings. Is the contact person for the resolution of urgent issues. Call Center Is the service interface with the customer, equipped with operators with technical skills, has the task of: Track and manage claims Handle requests for intervention Inform on the progress of requests Provide information about services Eases the coordination activities of the site manager. During the times of absence of the operators (variable according to the contract) is always provided on-call.

10 Management tools The IT system Service level monitoring Is the tool management service that allows the customer to verify, at any time and from any mobile device, the progress of the activities, the achievements, the programming of the subsequent interventions. The IT system allows to: Track and manage all the operational data related to the planning, execution, control and closing of all activities Monitor the quality of service thanks to data analysis modules and reporting Manage budgets and track costs In a Global Service contract the quality of the service is the only value that measures the performance result. The capabilities of the IT system supports the planning, recording and synthesis of data related to the monitoring system, comprising: Customer satisfaction: the detection of the quality of service perceived by the customer Checking results: the audit for verification of quality provided KPI: the system of performance indicators measuring relevant aspects of the service Dashboards and reporting: the set of graphs, tables, reports, representing the performance of the service.

11 Certifications Condotte Immobiliare Società per Azioni in order to control, monitor and improve its performance for the management of risks and environmental and quality aspects, has created an Integrated Management System for Safety, Environment and Quality. This system has been certified for compliance with the standards UNI EN ISO 9001 for Quality, UNI EN ISO for Environment and OHSAS for health and safety of workers. SOA certifications are also nearing completion, through the company Protos SOA. Is nearing completion the obtaining of the certifications SOA OG1 (civil and industrial buildings) and OG11 (Plants) with unlimited category.

With its technical tables is engaged in the study, analysis and processing of data about the economic and legal aspects of real estate. Condotte Immobiliare is founding member of Terotec, a "scientific-technological workshop" that has for its purpose the promotion and development of innovation in the field of maintenance and management of urban and real estate assets. SOF S.p.A. is a company that operates in the sector of plant management, energy, medical.
