HOLOPHANE FLUORESCENT Specialty Miro 4 DD Series The DD luminaire s narrow specular reflector behind the lamp works in conjunction with the lenticular lens to provide a consistent linear image. The resulting striped pattern across the entire field of view provides ideal illumination and contrast that enhances the ability of inspectors to find minor surface imperfections without causing visual fatigue. The DD, paint defect detection lighting system is quick to assemble on site, utilizing flexible mounting hardware and modular wiring. The luminaire is easily installed to a strut frame with adjustable clamp-on brackets (two provided per luminaire). All exposed surfaces are postpainted with baked-on polyester matte black powder coat (for visual contrast) for maximum durability, utilizing our in-house 7 stage finishing process of pretreatment, powder coating and oven curing. Optional Wiring: The DS-Flex option is parallel/series modular wiring system that uses 15-amp twist-lock plugs to connect the fixtures together in a daisy-chain configuration. Main power is supplied by intermittent power drops. The Holoflex option is a parallel/parallel modular wiring system that uses keyed locking metal plugs that connect to a main power supply loop. Optics: Reflector material is Miro 4 enhanced aluminum with a total reflectivity of 95%. The diffuser is clear virgin acrylic lens with 50% DR content for flexibility and impact resistance, with lenticular striations. The lens extends the full length of the fixture, circumscribing the lamp at a radius of 2.5 3, about an arc of 240 minimum. The lens is secured to the body with two wraparound metal straps that lock into position with quarter-turn fasteners. Installation: Luminaire includes 20 gauge steel postpainted mounting plates riveted to the back side of the body, on which two steel mounting brackets slide for easy field adjustment. Other uses for the TA Series include display lighting for retail applications, auditorium lighting with the fixtures facing toward the presenter, indoor tracks with fixtures used as forward lighting in the direction of the runners, and task lighting in light industrial situations. HOLOPHANE FLUORESCENT Specialty 7200 PRISMATITE SERIES The 7200 Prismatite luminaire is compact, energy efficient, rugged and compatible in many different environments. An extruded aluminum body with an etched anodized finish allows this fixture to be installed in corrosive, or abusive areas. It is also suitable for wet locations, so areas such as laboratories, chemical plants and canopies are perfect applications for the 7200 Prismatite. The 7200 Prismatite Series is less than 5 deep. This shallow fixture is perfect for areas with low ceiling heights. It is available in 2, 4, and 8 lengths and has a multitude of ballast types available to meet specific needs. The finish shall be etched anodized providing excellent corrosion resistance. The die cast end plates shall have threaded DN20NPT (.75") conduit entries. Gasketing shall be closed cell neoprene attached to the housing, enclosing fixture when the lens assembly is latched in place. Latching and hinging shall be accomplished by two die cast aluminum hangers attached to the lens.
