These services are developed, implemented and facilitated by the members of CornerBridge and Concord Peer Support for their individual as well as collective recovery from severe and persistent mental illness. Our mission is to advocate and empower individuals to take control of their own wellness and recovery, and work mutually with others to affect change. Our vision is to create a culture that Promotes responsibility for Recovery, Wellness, Empowerment, and Advocacy for oneself and others while acknowledging the Divine right we have as Human Beings. Please Call for pick up so we can put you on the schedule for our drive. Sunday-Monday-Tuesday- Wednesday-Thursday -Saturday * Return Back 4:00 pm drop off around Laconia on Mondays and Tuesdays. On Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays drop off is at 4:30pm4:30pm Please call if you have any questions or need a pick up. Thank you What is Warm line you ask????? The warm-line is a significant and powerful resource. We operate the warm-line seven days a week. The Warm-line helps to keep people connected and supported during difficult times that the centers are not open. The current hours of operation are from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM. We will review this periodically and adjust the hours as needed if possible. We currently have three people that work on Call our Warmline the warm-line, and others trained to fill in 1-800-306-4334 when needed. They have training specific to 7 days a week ~ 5-10pm warm-line telephone support. They are not a suicide hot-line, but have had specific training so that they can assist someone to contact the appropriate people.

There will be no board meeting this month. Our next meeting will be held on Wednesday December 28, 2016 at 6pm in Laconia. Where is the board meetings held? Our board meetings are held between two locations. CornerBridge in Laconia and Concord Peer Support in Concord. Each month the meetings alternate locations. Transportation is provided... This meeting is for everyone interested in learning and sharing information about mental health, hope and recovery, the mental health care system of NH, the legislation of mental health services and practices, and all agencies that comprise the health/wellness and social services in this state. We come together to share our personal experiences with each other about mental illness, hope and recovery, the mind/body connection and living life to the fullest. We encourage each other to continue learning, growing and living well and sharing our experiences with each other. Please come and join us The Mental Health and Aging Consumer Advisory Council meet every Fourth Monday of the month from 11am to 2pm. This takes place at the main building on the NHH grounds. This meeting is for people over 55, interested in discussing topics about mental health, recovery and physical health along with challenges of aging. Many people who head this council were at the forefront of the advocacy movement to change the mental health system for the better to what it is today. This Advocacy Council focuses on mental health legislation and the practices of the agencies that comprise the health/ wellness and social services of the state of New Hampshire. The NH Mental Health Planning and Advisory Council (formerly BHAC) advocates for adults, children and youth with serious mental health challenges. This meeting meets quarterly (October, January, April and July) on the second Tuesday of the month from 10AM to 2PM. This is located at the main building on the NHH grounds.
