REQUEST FOR STALLHOLDERS Bungendore Public School will be hosting their annual Twilight Fair from 4.00-7.00 pm on Friday 21st of October, 2016. The Twilight Fair is a fun and relaxing evening for the families of our school and wider community. Proceeds from this year's fair will be going towards playground equipment (coming soon), resources, excursion subsidies and lots more. We would like to invite members of the public to become stallholders at the fair. From previous twilight fairs, successful stalls have sold things such as jewellery, soap, accessories, hampers, fashion, art and craft etc. If you would like to have your stall included in the Twilight Fair, the following information will be helpful: 1) The cost of holding a stall is $30.00. This fee can be paid the week before at the school office (cash or cheque only), or via bank transfer by emailing us at bungendorepspandc@gmail.com for bank details or on the day. Receipts will be issued. 2) Please bring everything you need for your stall, including your own table. The school and the P&C are unable to provide tables to stallholders. 3) If you need power, we will need to know the week before, so that your stall can be located close to this. Powered spots are limited and cannot be guaranteed. 4) All stallholders are required to provide a current public liability insurance certificate of currency a week prior to the event. If you would like to become a stallholder, we would love to hear from you by email at: bungendorepspandc@gmail.com or via the Bungendore Public School P&C FB page.
