GETTING IN TOUCH WITH NATURE Our tented camp is ideally situated at the foot of the Zwartkops Mountain in indigenous bush next to the Blaauwbank River. The tented camp at Glenburn Lodge is made up of 10 tents each accommodating between 4 and 6 persons. General Points for Bush Willow Tented Camp Conferencing The above tent stay package to be used in conjunction with the overnight conference package. The use of the hiking trail and the use of the Boma for meals are inclusive in the rate. DBB rates are available on Request An additional service fee will apply at R135.00 per person for anything less than 30 pax. The 24hr rate and the day conference rates are inclusive of commission to certified PCO s and Travel agents. The rates are inclusive of 14% VAT. Standard Bedding, Bath Linen and hospitality tray (tea / coffee) will be provided. Bed and bath linen are changed every 3 rd day / night stayed. Tents will be serviced on departure only. Public Toilets are serviced and replenished twice a day. Glenburn lodge reserves the right to cater in full on any DBB leisure package and or DBB / Conference packages. Menu choices are available for outdoor dinner s and breakfast s in the Boma. All meals will be served at the Boma with a standard selection of menus available unless otherwise arranged. Should breakfast be taken at the Main Hotel a Surcharge of R30 extra will be levied. A staff compliment for the service and preparation of meals will also be available and a Manager on Duty will be available for Groups of 20 or more. Self braai and or DIY Potjie can be arranged. Rules and regulations, Indemnity forms and a handy checklists are provided for all groups in the info packs submitted a signed off by clients prior to arrival. Conference takes place in the Glenwillow Venue (indoors) with the requested set-up. Tea / Coffee interludes are served at the conference venue as well.

Package breakdown All conference packages include: Standard equipment: Screen, one flip chart with one ream of paper and two pens, one whiteboard and two pens, note pads and complimentary Glenburn Lodge pen. Mints and mineral water are placed on the tables.
