5 PROMOTIONS: Fifty-on-Three PAY 50% ON THE 3 rd NIGHT Equates to R7 150 (PI) and R (FI) per person per night sharing on a 3 night stay. Guests staying for 3 or more nights qualify for a 50% discount on their last night. Valid 10 January to 15 December each year. Block out dates for the Zindoga Villa is June, July, August & 16 December to 9 January. Rate Option 1 Partially inclusive R6 500 per person sharing per night. Rate Option 2 Fully Inclusive R9 460 per person sharing per night. Pioneer for Change PAY 3 STAY 4 Equates to rate per person R6 435 (PI) and R9 375 (FI) per person sharing on a 4 night stay. Guests stay for 4 nights, but pay for 3 and have the option of volunteering at the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre on their last day. Not valid August, September, October or December. STAY 4 PAY 3 Equates to rate per person R6 435 (PI) and R9 375 (FI) per person sharing on a 4 night stay. Pay for three nights at Camp Jabulani and get the fourth night for free. 6 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Cancellation policy: Cancellations are only valid if received in writing and acknowledged by both parties. A 50% cancellation fee is applicable if cancelled days prior to arrival. A 100% cancellation fee is applicable if cancelled 1-14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation of a confirmed booking, will result in loss of the deposit. Deposit schedule: Bookings will be held on provisional basis for 7 days only. A 10% deposit is due 48 hours after date of confirmation. For reservations between 15 December and 15 January, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit 48 hours after date of confirmation. Final balance is due 6 weeks prior to date of arrival. We reserve the right to cancel reservations should full payment not be received within 30 days prior to arrival.
