Technology Trends to Manage Your Clients Better CRM in the Accounting industry There is a very low adoption of SaaS customer relationship management applications, with only four percent of firms reporting they use CRM tools like SalesForce.com*. Conference Information & Services Information Desk: Stop by the ichannel Information Desk for assistance during meeting hours. The desk will be located in the corridor in front of the Veranda Room and ichannel Staff will be there to assist you. Roving Staff: Ask any ichannel staff member for assistance. They will be wearing ichannel shirts and will be roaming throughout the venue. Wi Fi: Wireless Internet is free of charge and available throughout the hotel and conference center. Technical Support: ichannel Support Staff will be located in the Veranda Room throughout the conference ready to answer your in depth questions. There is also a Talk to Support session on Wednesday at 4:15 PM in Islands Ballroom 3. How can I connect with others? In addition to the great lineup of sessions and content that the ichannel User Conference offers, networking is one of the most valuable aspects of this event. Here are a few ways that you can easily connect with others: 1. Veranda Room: We will be here for the Opening, General and Closing sessions but the Veranda will also be open the entire conference so that you can meet up with others, recharge your devices and have some fun refreshments! 2. Roundtable Discussions: This is an opportunity to meet up with fellow ichannel users to share knowledge, tips and experiences in an informal environment. Topics include ichannel Workflow, CRM and Portal. 3. Client Contact Sheet: Each conference attendee will receive a contact list of all Users who attended and opted in to be included. Event Photographer: A professional photographer will be on hand during the conference to capture the activities, people and spirit of our conference. Photos taken during the conference may or may not be used in immediate or future promotions of the event. Should you prefer that your image not be used for promotional purposes, please mention your preference to the photographer or an ichannel staff member. Luggage Check (Thursday): For your convenience we have complimentary luggage check. Call the front desk and The Bellman will be happy to pick up your luggage at your room or inquire at the Front Desk. Only luggage will be accepted, no coats or laptops please. Evening Entertainment: Tuesday 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: The ichannel Reception Dinner is an outdoor event, please check the weather and dress appropriately. The reception dinner will proceed rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, the event may be relocated to an indoor facility. Wednesday 6:15 PM to 10:00 PM: Dinner Boat Cruise on the Island Princess. This is a mixed indoor/outdoor event, please check the weather and dress appropriately. We will meet at 6:15 PM to walk to the dock below the pool to board The Island Princess. The yacht will depart promptly at 6:45 PM and dinner will be served at 7:15 PM. The yacht will return at 8:45 PM for those who would like to depart early and then again at 10 PM to disembark.
