Life Cycles Bear Food Chains BESPOKE TOPIC WORKSHOPS discover some of the amazing things creatures can do and learn about life as a bat and a spider including their diet and hunting tactics. Explore plant and animal life cycles, including seed dispersal, using role play and artefacts. Depending on your requirements choose from: a fun games, role play and story based workshop to find out about life as a bear. Or an informative workshop about bear conservation and the story of our two rescue bears. Through role play and investigation of artefacts children will discover the essential elements of a food chain and how to recognise a prey or predator. Tell us what you d like us to do and we ll design it for you! In shorter sessions the crafts will be slightly simpler ideal for younger children or if you only want to make a quick craft. Dinosaurs Crafts Art & Craft Discover dinos the fun way! Get close to one of our hand-reared owls as they are brought out of their enclosure to meet you. Learn how an owl finds its dinner in the dark, why they have no table manners and how to speak like an owl. Learn the story of our hand-reared wolves and find out what makes wolves such great hunters and what people in different times and cultures think of wolves. Have a special encounter with one of our hedgehogs and find out how they got their name, where they live and what they eat.
