PSI DJWTS 2010 - TRADE FAIR The Organising Committee is pleased to offer you the opportunity to participate in the Trade Village at PSI Dressage & Jumping with the Stars. The Trade Fair will be located in the centre of the venue. In recognition of Trade Village Exhibitors who supported the 2009 Saddleworld Dressage Festival the organisers offer these exhibitors first option on sites and a discounted rate on their site. In the event of excess bookings at the closing date of applications a decision will be made regarding which applications will be accepted and traders will be advised accordingly. Bookings will not be considered until application form and payment are received. There will be a maximum of seventy (75) sites available. All sites will have three (3) metre frontages with a maximum depth of three (3) metres. (See Site Plan for more information.)larger sites can be obtained, however they must be in multiples of three (3) metres (e.g. 6m, 9m, 12m, etc) Traders who have their own display caravan/vehicle must apply for sites as shown on the site plan to ensure access. NOTE: A Trade Exhibitor who does not book sufficient space for their display will not be permitted to operate without the consent of the Event Coordinator and other Trade Exhibitors affected. If the event is cancelled due to severe inclement weather conditions the refund policy does not apply and no refunds will be issued. All Trade Fair Exhibitors must sign the Inspection Report issued by the Hirer and will therefore be responsible for any damage during the course of the event. Security for Individual Trade Stands will be the responsibility of the Operator. All electrical equipment (leads, power boards, etc) must be tested and tagged as per Australian Standards.
