1 Advertising Position vacant Jobs board ACRRM website The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) offers opportunities to advertise job vacancies on the College s website (Jobs board). Terms and conditions are on the last page. Advertising rates Text only No charge - current Full-time, Group Practice, and Joint Members of ACRRM are entitled to place three (3) free job advertisements for their private practice or clinic in a financial year. $220 (inc GST) per position per placement for other advertisers. Display ad Size Width and height Price (inc GST) Medium 400 pixels x 200 pixels $ Large 400 pixels x 300 pixels $ % discount for five or more advertisements booked and paid for in advance. Order and duration of your advertisement Advertisements are posted in the order they are received (i.e. most recent ads are at the top of the list) and stay on the website for four (4) weeks or until the Application close date. You can also have an advertisement removed if you fill the position before the expiry date. Standard (text only) A standard advertisement is comprised of text only and appears in the following format: 1. Job title 2. Short description (teaser) max 20 words 3. Long description 4. Job location town/city and state 5. Application closing date 6. Can be linked to advertisers website Please provide details in Word document. 2 Display ads (banners) A display ad is a JPEG graphic with a link to your website, or an address. The artwork is to be supplied by the advertiser, or can be developed by the College for a fee, depending on lead time. Artwork specifications 1. Sizes for display ads are as listed in the table on the previous page. 2. Please provide web-optimised artwork, actual size, in jpeg format. 3. Set all colours and imported images in RGB colour mode. 4. 6 Advertising ACRRM website Terms and conditions 1. Terms of Reference 1.1. The College is The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) 1.2. You refers to the advertiser 2. Booking and payment 2.1. By signing the Advertising booking form you agree to the Terms and conditions set out here. Current full-time, Group Practice, and Joint Members recruiting for positions in their practice are entitled to up to three complimentary position placements per year. Bookings must include member s number The fee (if applicable) must be paid at the time of booking using the payment options outlined in the booking form. If you require an invoice, your advertisement will be posted after payment is received. 3. Advertising standard 3.1. The College reserves the right to refuse advertising it considers inappropriate for the College website Advertising for external courses is not permitted on the College website. 4. Your responsibilities 4.1. You are responsible for ensuring that your advertisements comply with all Commonwealth, State and Territory Laws You must ensure that the advertisement does not infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights or breach confidentiality or privacy obligations You are responsible for ensuring that the advertisement does not contain any material which is libellous, obscene or otherwise unlawful or offensive You accept full responsibility for any adverse consequences resulting from publication of the advertisement/s you authorise the College to post. 5. Cancellations 5.1. Cancellation must be received by the College in writing prior to the material being uploaded to the website. Please use address r.picoto@acrrm.org.au If a booking is cancelled before the material is uploaded to the website, you will be entitled to a 90% credit, to be expended with ACRRM as advertising within three months of the original material deadline, or thereafter forfeited. 6. Warranties and indemnities 6.1. The College makes no promise or guarantee regarding the potential response to advertisements placed in its media To the extent permitted by law, the College s liability is limited to providing the advertising space on the College s website and will not, in any case, exceed the advertising fee If the College does not publish the advertisement in the time agreed, you will be entitled to a full refund or a placement advertisement of equal size at a later date. The College will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from an advertisement not being published by the agreed date.
