An essential driver of my research 4

is close engagement with the practice field, and I have in several projects, including my PhD work, been engaged as an action researcher. I am committed to both contribute some theory development as well as doing empirical research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods all of which is most often done as collaborative research efforts together with both international and Norwegian researchers.
