GENERAL INFORMATION Program Overview This activity is the 2 nd AUBMC Breast Cancer Conference that will discuss advances in breast cancer management and updates from ASCO, St. Gallen, ESMO, ABC2, San Antonio and major literature publications. Objectives Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to: 1- Describe new advances in epidemiology and chemoprevention of breast cancer 2- Discuss new recommendations for screening, mammography and MRI, surgery for the axilla, neoadjuvant chemotherapy and dual targeted therapy 3- Review summary of St Gallen guidelines for early breast cancer 4- Discuss radiation therapy new techniques for the breast management of lymphedema 5- Identify predictive factors for choices of adjuvant chemo or hormonal therapy 6- Review ABC2 guidelines for advanced breast cancer 7- Report new advances in hormonal therapy and management of advanced disease Target Audience This annual scientific meeting has been designed for oncologists, hematology oncologists, nurses, residents and students. Venue This symposium is held at the Gefinor Rotana Hotel and Issam Fares Hall at AUBMC, Beirut, Lebanon.
