Ayesha Gillani Painting has always been my passion. After completing my Bachelor of Fine Arts, I got the opportunity to spend some years in Paris. This stay left its imprint on my soul. Immersed in a culture that breathed art, I took the opportunity to enhance my artistic abilities by enrolling in a variety of art courses. Exuberance, Mixed media on canvas, 30 x 40 My journey through France and the rest of Europe, combined with my South Asian heritage, has produced within me a myriad of thoughts ready to burst forth in color on canvas which I splash with abandonment. Currently I reside in Sydney and have exhibited locally and abroad. Ella Krestensen Ella Krestensen is an Australian artist and sculptor whose work fuses traditional and contemporary materials. The Lake Eyre series are schematic paintings of the landscape from an aerial perspective - exploring and inviting the viewer to move into a new space of speculation on this region being the driest and lowest geographical point in Australia. Lake Eyre (aerial view) I, Acrylic on canvas, 20 x 20 Lake Eyre (aerial view) V, Acrylic on canvas board, 12 x 8 Drawing on her design background, Ella has intuitively explored the landscape to experiment, develop and innovate ways to piece together different mediums using light, paint and drawing. Ella has exhibited in Paris France, Ravenna Italy and is the recipient of a number of art awards. Anjum Saeed My medium is oil. With a palette knife I approach the canvas and use it to match my bold style and expression. Lost in my world, the work that emanates bursts with vibrant colors and feelings. Even though I have a theme in mind, like a verse from Rumi, what emerges is inspirational. In addition to obtaining her Bachelor from the National of Arts and Central Institute of Arts and Crafts in Pakistan, Anjum Saeed has studied at The School of Visual Arts and Parsons School of Design in New York City. She has periodically contributed illustrations to The New York Times and exhibited her work Internationally. I want your sun to reach my raindrops, so your heat can raise my soul upwards like a cloud. - Rumi Oil on canvas, 20 x 20 Rise up nimbly and go on your strange journey to the ocean of meanings Leave and don t look away from the sun as you go, in whose light you re sometimes crescent, sometimes full. - Rumi Mixed media on canvas, 30 x 40 Don t think the garden lost its ecstasy in winter. It s quiet, but the roots down there riotous. - Rumi Mixed media on canvas, 30 x 40 Let the beauty of what you love be what you do. - Rumi Oil on canvas, 20 x 20 Is not the cup that holds your wine the very cup that burned in the potter s oven - Khalil Gibran Oil on canvas,,30 x 30 Let yourself be drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love. Oil on canvas, 30 x 30 Let the beauty of what you love be what you do. - Rumi Mixed media on canvas, 30 x 40 Be empty of worrying why do you stay in prison when the door is so wide open? Move outside the tangle of fear thinking. - Rumi Mixed media on canvas, 30 x 40

Steffie Wallace Steffie Wallace is an Australian landscape artist who has been painting and exhibiting since the 1970s when she studied Fine Art. Her work is held in collections both in Australia and overseas, and she was the winner of the Lorenzo Il Magnifico Silver Medal for Painting at the 10th Florence Biennale in 2015. Contrasting light is the main inspiration behind my landscapes; the complexities and intrigues of capturing these effects and documenting changing weather constitute my main thematic concerns. My work reflects the unpredictability of nature with the emphasis on transitory experience, and the relativity of our status within the natural environment Dust, oil on linen on panel, 28 x 28 Fog, oil on panel, 4 x 4 Dawn, oil on panel, 4 x 4 Mist, oil on panel, 4 x 4 Sunset, oil on linen, 20 x 20 Squall, oil on linen, 20 x 30 Storm, oil on panel, 4 x 4 Cloudburst, oil on linen, 20 x 30 Duststorm, oil on linen, 20 x 20 Moonglow, oil on panel, 4 x 4 Gale, oil on panel, 8 x 8 Moonlight, oil on panel, 8 x 8
