8 Off The Wall Meet who s behind the Orange Key Stephan Blanc (Co-Founder & CEO) was born and raised in the south of France and currently lives and works Stephan between New York, Miami and London. After graduating with a Masters in Marketing and Communication he moved to New York, where he worked in fashion for Roberto Cavalli, in both the PR and production departments. After being a real estate broker in Manhattan for over 4 years, Stephan conceived, founded and gathered all the flavors that make up creamhotel. By starting this enterprise he is seeking to innovate the vacation rental market by adding an artistic aspect to it through thoughtful collaborations with all the brilliant and creative people he encountered through the years and across the globe. Virginia Villari (Co-Founder & Art Curator)is creamhotel s art curator. She holds a Degree in Art History from "La Sapienza" University in Rome, and a Masters in Museum Studies from New York's City College. Virginia has over 7 years of experience in contemporary art curating, both in Europe and in the US. In Rome she co-founded and ran the contemporary art space Punctum, which had become one of the most avant-garde art venues of the city. In New York, where she has been based since 2007, she has curated a wide range of Virginia events all over Manhattan and Brooklyn. She works with a broad spectrum of artists working with different media: photography, painting, performance, sculpture, video, installation art as well as music. Virginia manages creamhotel's art department, creamgallery. She coordinates the organization of art exhibitions, as well as the selection and installation of the art that is on display in creamhotel properties. Paul Paul Kharbanda (Co-Founder & CFO) lives in and grew up in London. Having gained a Masters in Economic History from the University of Edinburgh, Paul returned to London and a successful career in finance for JP Morgan. Paul is creamhotel's Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for investor relations and structuring the company s various investments and collaborations, giving our landlords the maximum impact for their properties. Namy Etebarian (Director Global Real Estate) was born and raised in France. He holds a Bachelor degree in Political Science, a Masters degree in International Relations in Latin America. Twelve years ago Namy moved to Miami. He has a over 9 years' experience in the Miami real estate market. Namy is also a member of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce Tourism and Hospitality Council. As creamhotel's Director Global Real Estate and Miami Operation Manager, Namy is in charge for the coordination and management of our Miami team as well as for researching new properties worldwide.
