3 Transform a treasured image into a beautiful and unique piece of wearable art! We will create a locket from an image of your choosing secured in a metal bezel under magnifying glass. Images can include old photographs of people, pets, even vintage labels, interesting ephemera, or a small collage. Leather cord, old stock brass chain, decorative bits and a fancy clasp will complete this piece. Participants should bring images photocopied onto card stock. Locally, Chase Graphics is a great resource. The image will sit in a 30 mm (I inch+) bezel so have your pieces sized accordingly. Please do not cut images in advance.

4 TINT, VALUE, HUE! A WORKSHOP IN COLOR

5 Saturday 5/14/16 1:00-4:00pm Cost: $45 + $5 materials to instructor Instructor: Alecia Underhill Muddled about color mixing? In this workshop, we'll use acrylic paints and other media to play with color and learn some basic color theory, talk about how we view color and the effect one color has on another. You'll learn how to mix any color using just seven tubes of paint. No prior experience necessary. All materials provided.

6 LEATHER MULTI-WRAP BRACELETS

7 Sunday 5/22/16 1:00-4:00pm Cost: $65 Instructor: Carolyn Wagner Learn to make a multiple wrap leather bracelet perfectly sized to your wrist. We will work with fire polished Czech beads, dyed leather cord and a vintage button. The technique is basic and easily mastered. You will want to make dozens of these bracelets! All supplies are included. A small selection of antique buttons will be available for purchase if you prefer something fancier than the vintage buttons provided.

8 FREE THERAPEUTIC ARTS WORKSHOP Sunday 5/22/16 4:00-6:00pm Instructed by Yasmine Sasannejad, MA, LPC, ATR and Johanna Pike, MA, AT Join us for an evening of creativity & art making to nourish the soul! In this free workshop, you'll experience firsthand how creativity and art making can inspire healing and grow inner peace. Silver Circle's professional Art Therapists Johanna & Yasmine will lead you in creative exercises and art techniques that encourage emotional exploration and self reflection. Our goal is that you will come away from this experience feeling rejuvenated, with a deeper connection to your own creative spirit. No previous artistic experience necessary.

9 ZENTANGLE GRIDALICIOUS Saturday 5/21/16 1:00-5:00pm Cost: $45 + materials payable to instructor All the tangles for this class will be based on grids! We will work on larger paper. Supply fee for this class is $5. Basic kit needed (bring your own or get from instructor for $10). Zentangle is a method of drawing intricate patterns one step at a time. No drawing abilities needed! Regular Zentangle is done on white paper with black ink. But for Renaissance, we will use tan Renaissance paper, and brown pens,

10 white pens, and white charcoal pencils in addition to the black pens and regular pencils. Instructor will demonstrate a combination of new tangles and previously taught tangles, with handouts for all. Prior Zentangle experience highly recommended but not required.

11 ZENTANGLE WITH GEMS *Wine'd Down* Friday 5/27/16 6:00-9:00pm Cost: $35 + materials payable to instructor The newest drawing craze, creating gemstones that look 3D on your paper! We will surround your gems with tangled bezels. Learn how to incorporate smaller gems into your Zentangle creations too. Supply fee for this class TBD, but I'll have everything you need in class. If you already have Prismacolor Premier pencils only, bring them-i will have individual colors available in class. *Our "Wine'd Downs" are a fun night out -- Come to unwind, de-stress and make something unique by hand -- no matter what your skill level is. Sign up with friends, bring drinks and food, and allow yourself time to relax and discover your creative side!
