1 Introduction D.A.R.E!! Consultancy has been asked by Suzo International B.V. to carry out an electrical safety examination and re-examination on the Money Exchange machine within the framework of the CE marking process. This report is only to be used for this purpose. At the request of Suzo International B.V. the electrical safety examination and re-examination are carried out in order to find out whether the product complies with the harmonised electric safety standards under the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC (assessment of conformity in accordance with Article 5) as mentioned in chapter 4 of this report. The examination (refer to D.A.R.E!! Consultancy report 11C00792PRP01) and reexamination have been performed at our facilities located in Woerden,. The test results presented in this report relate only to the product tested. In this report, the product tested will be referred to as Equipment Under Test (EUT). This report is in conformity with ISO 17025. Unless otherwise indicated all tests and measurements as reported in chapter 9 of this report are carried out under accreditation L279. Opinions, evaluations and interpretations are excluded from accreditation. All relevant tests and measurements as described in the applied standard(s) are carried out, unless specified in this report. The reported expanded uncertainty of measurement is based on a standard uncertainty of measurement multiplied by a coverage factor of k=2, providing a level of confidence of approximately 95%, but excluding the contribution of the EUT. The expanded uncertainty of measurement has been determined in accordance with UKAS publication LAB34. Reference number: 11C01263RPT01 Page 4 of 24

10 Remarks concerning examination No remarks. 10.1 General remarks In case the EUT is used/sold in another country, the manual(s) must be made available in a language commonly accepted in that area. Several metal parts (near the main switch) are not connected to PE. Because double insulation is present in this area, connection of metal parts to PE is not required, but is advised. Near the main switch a label is present indicating the function. Due to the construction of the enclosure, this label is only partly readable. Because of the weight of the EUT it is advised to apply heavy type PVC power cord. Reference number: 11C01263RPT01 Page 14 of 24
11 Conclusion The Money Exchange machine has been examined in conformity with the applicable standard mentioned in chapter 4 and is in compliance. Thus, the Money Exchange machine is in compliance with the harmonized standard, mentioned in chapter 4 of the report, under the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC. 11.1 Remarks It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to make certain all subsequent products are identical to the examined sample and as such ensure all manufactured Money Exchange machines are in compliance with the above mentioned harmonised standard(s) under the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC. Furthermore, in order to fulfill the European CE-legislation it is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the equipment to draw up a declaration of conformity and to have technical file documentation containing information to demonstrate the conformity of the product to the applicable requirements. At the same time every unit brought to the market or put into service has to be marked with the CE-mark. Reference number: 11C01263RPT01 Page 15 of 24
