3 1. Important This assembly guide is intended for anyone who uses the ViewPaker Barebone AIO. Take time to read this document before you use make your own machine. It contains important information and notes regarding how to assemble your AIO step by step. The ViewPaker guarantee applies provided the product is handled properly for its intended use, in accordance with its operating instructions and upon presentation of the original invoice or cash receipt, indicating the date of purchase, dealer s name and model and production number of the product. 1.1 Grounding Electrical grounding of the computer is required for operator & customer safety for correct system function. Proper grounding of the electrical outlet can be verified by a certified electrician. 1.2 Safety precautions and maintenance Warnings Use of controls, adjustments or procedures other than those specified in this documentation may result in exposure to shock, electrical hazards and/or mechanical hazards. Read and follow these instructions when connecting and using your All-In-One PC.
4 Operation Do not connect or disconnect any cables or perform installation, maintenance, or reconfiguration of this product during an electrical storm. To Connect 1. First, attach all the cables to devices. 2. Attach signal cables to connectors. 3. Attach power cords to outlet. 4. Power ON Unit. To Disconnect 1. Turn everything OFF. 2. First, remove power cords from SMPS. 3. Disconnect signal cable from motherboard. 4. Disconnect all cables from devices Caution Only a certified service technician is authorised to remove the computer cover and access any of the components inside the computer. Before touching anything inside your computer, ground. When disconnecting the cables, keep them evenly aligned to avoid bending any connector pins. When connecting cables, make sure that the ports and connectors are correctly oriented and aligned.

6 2. Assembling the All In One PC 2.1 Removing the rear cover procedure Place the AIO face down on a smooth surface. Pay attention not to scratch or damage the screen. A. Remove the screws from locations as mentioned in the above picture.
7 B. Apply gentle press at the top corner of the barbone to remove back cover as shown in below picture & lift upward. 2.2 Motherboard Assembly Procedure Picture-1 As shown in pic-1 make sure no cables lying in MBD installation area. Picture-2 As shown in Pic-2 fix the MBD in barbone.

Mount the GND cable as shown in Pic-4 (Black & Yellow) & Pic-5 (Yellow) with MBD it s mandatory. 2.3 Slim ODD Assembly Procedure A. Mount the L-type notch with two screws as shown in pic-1. 9 B. Insert the ODD as shown in the Pic-2 Picture-2 C. Mount the ODD with screw in the barebone as shown in Pic-3 Picture-3 D. Follow the routing procedure as shown in Pic-4 Picture-4
10 E. Connect the ODD SATA & Power cable as shown in Pic-5 Picture-5 2.4 HDD Assembly Procedure Picture-1 Picture-2 Remove the HDD rail from barebone as shown as shown in Pic-1 Mount the rails with HDD above Pic-2
11 Picture-3 Mount the HDD with barbone as shown in Pic-3 Picture-4 Four screws required to mount the HDD with Barebone as shown in Pic-4 with arrow indication.connect the SATA Power / Data cable as shown in above Pic-4
12 2.5 Mic, Front Usb/Webcam & Wi-Fi/Card Reader connections procedure The above picture shows the MIC, Front USB/Web Cam & Wi-Fi/Card Reader connections to Motherboard. 2.6 SMPS Power Cable to MBD Connection Procedure Picture-1 Picture-2 Picture-3
13 A. Attach the 4 Pin 12V power cable as shown in pic-2 B Connect the other end to MBD as shown in pic-3 C. Connect the 24 Pin cable to MBD as shown in above picture. 2.7 Front Panel Led Connection A. Connect the Power SW as shown in picture, do not change the direction.
14 B. Connect the Power Led as shown in picture, do not change the direction. C. Connect the HDD Led behind power led as shown in picture, do not change the direction. 2.8 HDD & ODD SATA Data cable connection Connect the HDD & ODD SATA cable to MBD as shown in picture 2.9 Final Assembly Insert the EM Shield to the rear side of the MBD in barbone
15 Close the rear cover with routing the VGA & Audio cable as shown in below picture. Connect the VGA & Audio cable as shown in the picture
16 Fix the base stand & tighten it with screws as shown in picture. 2.10 Cable Routing Reference
17 Points to Remember 1. Do not forget to connect the GND cables to motherboard, if it so display will not come. (Refer Motherboard Assembly Pic 4 & 5) 2. Changing the direction of inserting the Power Switch (Power SW) to MBD leads to No Power ON. (Refer Front Panel Connection Procedure)
