City sightseeing with guide and bus The group will be picked up at hotel and on the bus they will be met by a local Oslo guide who also speaks the fluent native language of the group. The tour begins with a panoramic tour of the city where guests will see the most important buildings, such as the parliament, the national theater and the royal residence. The guide will take them through the Vigeland park. This park is one of a kind in the world, covering an area of 80 acres and exhibits 212 sculptures in bronze and granite, compiled by the famous Norwegian sculptor Gustav Vigeland. The Opera House built in 2008 is one of the newer buildings in the city. Guests will surely appreciate the modern architecture that has been repeatedly recognized for its innovation and while walking in the midst of the renowned Italian marble. Then they will stop in front of the town hall where each year the Nobel Prize for Peace is awarded. Holmenkollen National Skiing center of Norway - On top of the city The group will visit the sporting pride of Oslo, The Holmenkollen ski jump arena. On arrival they will enjoy the history of skiing through 4000 years in exciting architectural surroundings, during the reception a glass of sparkling wine will be served. After this guests will be taken up to the ski jump arena which today is one of the world most contemporary sport facilities with an architectural touch never seen before. A visit to the top of the ski jump tower included in the experience and also a team building activity with exciting elements from Norwegian winter sports history including participation in the Olympic game of biathlon. The reception usually begins at Ski Town Square with a great view of the stadium and the city. Walk in the footsteps of crime author Jo Nesbö and experience Harry Hole s Oslo Norwegian author Jo Nesbø s character Harry Hole is a genuine Oslo patriot. Kon-Tiki Museum & Viking museum Thor Heyerdahl was one of the world's most famous scientists, adventurers and environmental campaigners of all time. The Kon-Tiki Museum houses original vessels and artifacts from Heyerdahl's world-renowned expeditions. Experience the original Kon-Tiki raft, the reed boat Ra II, an exhibition about the Tigris and an Easter Island exhibition that includes a 10-metre replica of a statue from Easter Island. The museum also has a film screening room and souvenir shop. Thor Heyerdahl (1914-2002) gained worldwide fame when he crossed the Pacific Ocean on Kon-Tiki in 1947 an expedition made even more famous by the 2012 film "Kon-Tiki", which was nominated for an Academy Award! Heyerdahl followed this up with spectacular expeditions on the reed boats Ra and Tigris. His re-creations of prehistoric voyages showed that early man had mastered sailing before the saddle and wheel were invented. Kayak rafting in Oslo This is most likely the best way to enjoy the majestic Norwegian nature in an exciting team building activity. 4 hours of rafting in single, twin and big rafts + swimming in the river with river boarding, and river kayaking. Anyone wishing will then try these activities. Wet guests are guaranteed! If there is someone in the group who prefer not want to be a part of the river activity, is not a problem to get ashore to look on and still have fun. Top security is provided all the time and the instructors are highly skilled. Guests are guaranteed a great day. If the weather will be bad, there is the possibility of using a sheltered location for changing and eating. All participants can borrow a wetsuit and wet shoes + all necessary safety equipment. It is necessary to bring sports underwear and a towel. The river rapid used is only 500 meters long, but there are several races in the river, and lots of activity makes it a concentrated and fun event for the whole team. Climbing course This activity takes approx. two hours. Here in the nature of Norway, not far from Oslo, the guests will try different balance exercises in 10-13 meters height. It will start off easy and then get more difficult and will end with the trapeze jump. This activity is for everyone who wants to challenge themselves and push limits. Paintball Another good way to have fun enjoying the nature is the paintball package including equipment, combat clothing, instructor, and paintball course. Balls are not included (sold in boxes of 2000 ps.) The duration is 2 hours. It is possible to combine this activity with climbing, and make it even more exciting: Combo-package (climbing course + paintball). The activity will start with a climbing course for about two hours were guests try three different exercises. After a short break it is paintball fun for one hour. The price will include equipment for activities, instructors and clothing. Overnight package in lavvo (tiipi-tent) There is nothing better to create bonding between colleagues than an unforgettable night. This is the perfect environment for groups that really want to get to know each other. Dine from the barbeque, sit around the bonfire either indoors or outdoors and enjoy beautiful Norwegian nature. Groups can choose to bring their own alcohol when having this package. It is necessary to bring your own sleeping bags. Pentathlon Of course you do not need to be adrenalin junkie to enjoy the nature and have some fun with your colleagues. Shooting Shooting is an activity which is getting more and more popular, especially during team building activities. Several experiences can be created especially for the guests, who can relax before or after in the shooters lounge. Fencing There are a few great things when fencing is used as activity during an experience of team building. First it is possible to hold a fencing activity in most venues, you just need the space necessary, our suppliers are fully mobile with their equipment, and can within a short time rig a seminar room into a fully equipped fencing hall. In that respect, it is important to point out that the same equipment and apparatus as used in the world cup competition. Fencing is a sport that everybody can enjoy, regardless of age, physic condition and gender. Due to the fact that few people have tried fencing in events before, it is often seen that women beat men and that the unsuspected "dark horse" goes off and wins the competition. A usual Fencing Event consists of an introduction into fencing by one of the merited instructors, before the participants go against each other in an individual or team competition. Depending on the group size, and the clients wishes, 1, 5 to 2/2, 5 hours are usually spent on the event. Another popular package is the "seminar package". It includes access to a seminar room e.g. from 10-5, lunch, coffee and tea throughout the day, and ending with a fencing event at 5 p.m. at the same place. Oscarsborg Fortress with dinner Oscarsborg Fortress has for centuries been a place for important decisions. The idyllic resort, only 30 minutes from Oslo, provides a wonderful setting. On the island in the middle of the beautiful Oslo fjord there are modern facilities in historic buildings with beautiful and inspiring surroundings. The visit starts with a historic guided tour, Oscarsborg fortress museum has a staff of very dedicated guides, many with a background from the military. The tour covers Oscarsborg history from ca. 1640 and its evolution to the present day, the prelude to World War 2 and Germany's attack on Norway with special emphasis on the sinking of the warship Blücher 9 April 1940. The guided tour takes approx. 1 hour. The guests can have the possibility to have a dinner served in the gala hall of the old fortress. 6
Ski experience in Oslo Winter Park Oslo Winter Park offers a range of activities including alpine skiing, snowboarding, telemark skiing, special areas for children and beginners, a terrain park, an intermediate half pipe and Norway s first Olympic standard super pipe. Oslo Winter Park boasts 18 slopes and 11 lifts. The winter park is located only 20 minutes from central Oslo. At the Top Centre, the resort offers a wide range of equipment to rent everything guests would need to have a good time on the slopes! They can be provided with alpine skiing equipment, snowboard gear, snowblades, snow skates, and crosscountry equipment, as well as ski clothing. Parking and public transport are available at both entry points to the resort. There are two ways of getting to the resort, by the Tryvann Tower on top of Holmenkollen or by Wyller and Sørkedalen. Guests can choose to travel by tram/subway, bus, car or private transfer provided by. A touch free ticket chip card system is used in Oslo Winter Park, except for single lift trips. The chip card is rechargeable and is the guests personal property. The chip card functions as a lift ticket, which guests load with the amount of time they want to ski. General Terms of Cancellation and Payment for HADLER.Dk / HADLER.DMC 1. Application The general terms of cancellation and payment below shall apply to the degree that these do not depart from the order confirmation or written offer from Hadler.dk / Hadler.dmc. 2. Cancellation/Termination of the Agreement Up to 45 days before the date of the event, changes regarding the number of participants as well as a cancellation of the entire order may be performed free of charge. 45 to 30 days before the date of the event, changes in the order of 25 % in relation to the original number of participants may be performed free of charge. 29 to 10 days before the date of the event, changes in the order of 10 % in relation to the original number of participants may be performed free of charge. participants, food/drink or other items must be paid for and settled within 8 days after the conclusion of the event. 5. Liability for Damage The customer shall take out a separate insurance to cover any injuries incurred by the customer during the participation in the Event. Hadler.dk/Hadler.dmc shall not cover any liability for operating loss, loss of earnings or any other indirect loss. Compulsory liability insurance has been taken out by Hadler.dk/ from Lloyds Underwriters/ARC International certificate 21558. The customer may requisition the terms of the liability insurance. The customer is requested to seek advice on taking out of a separate insurance. 6. Exemption from Liability/Force Majeure The following circumstances shall imply an exemption from liability if they will hinder the performance of the agreement or make the performance unreasonably onerous: 9 to 5 days before the date of the event, changes in the order of 5 % in relation to the original number of participants may be performed free of charge. After this time, it is not possible to cancel the event and the entire order will become payable. In the event that the customer does not make use of the event (no show) or chooses not to participate, the entire order will become payable with the full amount. 3. The Substance of the Agreement The substance of the agreement, which Hadler.dk/ Hadler.dmc shall perform for the customer, will appear from the order confirmation or the written offer. Any changes of the substance of the order confirmation or offer shall be performed in writing to become valid. Industrial disputes, strikes, lockouts or any other circumstances beyond the control of the parties, such as fire, war, mobilisation or any unforeseen military drafting to a similar extent, sabotage activities, requisitioning, confiscation, exchange control regulations, risings and unrest, lack of transportation, general scarcity of goods, restrictions of the means of power and deficiencies in the deliveries from the suppliers or delays of such deliveries that are the result of any of the circumstances mentioned in this clause. The party that wishes to invoke any of the circumstances mentioned above must inform the other party on the commencement and termination of these events in writing without undue delay. Both parties shall be entitled to terminate the agreement in writing to the other party, if the performance of the agreement within a reasonable span of time will become impossible due to any of the circumstances mentioned in this clause. 4. Payment When the order is placed a booking fee of 20% of the total booking is to be paid, and in addition the customer will pay for any booking obligations that Hadler.dk/Hadler.dmc will be charged by its suppliers. 7. Settlement of Disputes and Venue Any disputes referring to this agreement shall be settled in accordance with the rules of Danish law and with the Court in Roskilde as venue and the Eastern High Court as court of appeal.
