FUJITSU Cloud IaaS Trusted Public S5 Connecting to a Virtual Machine (VM) This guide describes the process for connecting to a IaaS Trusted Public S5 Virtual Machine Each Virtual System provides the ability to establish a SSL-VPN tunneled connection between the Users workstation, over the Internet, to a particular Virtual System Network Tier (vnet) of choice. The Workstation is then assigned an IP Address from the VNET subnet, allowing routing of traffic including RDP and SSH, with the Virtual Servers. Only one connection can be established at a time, with the user required to disconnect the connection, before re-establishing a further connection to alternative destination, be it either within the same contract or different contract. How to Set Up a VPN Connection The following procedure explains how to log-in to a VM by using the vsys SSL-VPN functionality. 1. Select the System Manager from the Startup menu. After System Manager is opened, select the required Virtual System and click the Details button. The System Details window is then displayed. 2. Select the required VM and click the VPN Connection button. Figure 1 Connect to a VM Figure 2 Connect to a VM Date: 31/01/2015 Page 1 of 12
