Its main autumn lineup programs generated outstanding viewing figures, gaining leadership positions in their time slots. TVN s autumn viewing statistics only go to prove that the strategy relying upon high-performing TV formats has turned out successful. Now the sixth season of competitive talent show Mam talent! attracted up to 3.6 m Polish viewers to their television screens with an average share in commercial target group (16-49) at 27.2% and 23.4% in the 4+ category. The program proved unrivalled in its time slot, coming ahead of its immediate competitor The Voice of Poland, a show by TVP2, watched by nearly twice as small an audience. Also MasterChef, aired again in September 2013 after a season break, recorded excellent results. Up to 2.9 m viewers followed the culinary rivalry of show contestants. In September the program recorded an average share of 22.4% in commercial target group (16-49) and 16.9% in nationwide audience. In the former group the culinary show performed best in its time slot, outpacing Polsat s Must be the music amongst others. Source: TVN (TVN photo stock http://x-news.pl) Kuchenne rewolucje, with its audience of up to 2.5 m viewers, won the market leader position in its time slot in commercial target group. Its average share in the 4+ category was at 18.2% and 22.1% in 16-49 audience. - I was informed that MasterChef and Kuchenne rewolucje earn one of the highest ratings. It only goes to show that cuisine and food are an essential element of our culture. I must admit that the opportunity to bring people closer to each other through cooking is incredibly rewarding. Another TVN s culinary show also performed very well in September. Ugotowani attracted up to 2.7 m of the Polish public to their TV screens, representing an average market share of 19.1% in 4+ category and 26.2% in 16-49 commercial target group. Taking into account the available programming offer, the show was most strongly preferred both by 4+ as well as 16-49 audience. The channel s evening news bulletin Fakty TVN invariably enjoy extensive popularity with an audience of up to 4.4 m people and the market share as high as 34.3% in commercial target group (16-49). Having recorded an average share of 25% in this group, Fakty came ahead of Polsat s Wydarzenia (21%) and Wiadomości on TVP1 (19%). TVN s TV series also generated excellent viewing figures: Na Wspólnej was watched by 2.9 m viewers, Lekarze by up to 2.8 m people, Prawo Agaty and Przepis na życie by as many as 2.5 m viewers each. TV show Uwaga! attracted up to 3 m viewers in September, which accounted for up to 19.2% average market share. Kuba Wojewódzki talk show had up to 1.6 m viewers (up to 19,9% market share), Perfekcyjna Pani Domu up to 1.3 m viewers (even 14.4% market share) and Dzień Dobry TVN up to 1.2 m viewers (up to 16.9 market share). In all key target groups TVN confirmed its leadership position and outpaced its competitors both on an all day basis and in peak time. In the target group found most attractive and most desired by advertisers, i.e. inhabitants of large cities aged 16-49, TVN was an unquestionable leader. With market share of 19.4% in peak time and 16.4% on an all day basis, TVN outclassed the competition.
