Installation Services Asset Management Services (AMS) Life of Field Intervention Services A commitment to efficient and cost effective installations, FMC provides the most comprehensive offshore services combining extensive knowledge, dedicated support and specialty tooling to ensure smooth operations. FMC s installation services include: Drilling Completion Tie-in and connection Manifold and template installation Commissioning and controls FMC s AMS are developed to ensure optimum equipment/tool utilization and value preservation. These key services allow the customer to extend product life cycles and lower the total cost of ownership while maintaining systems reliability. The Maintenance, Modification, and Refurbishment (MMR) group is comprised of an experienced staff of engineers, technicians, logistics, and asset management professionals. This group ensures the operational integrity and availability of customer equipment/tools and is responsible for all equipment related to activities from logistics through System Integration Testing (SIT). Services Include: Inspection and evaluation Maintenance and repair Preservation and storage Mobilization/demobilization Asset/maintenance computer management systems Spare and consumables management tracking 3rd party rental and sales Logistics During the life of a field, interventions and work-overs are necessary to improve and optimize field recovery. FMC has proven technologies which meet the challenges related to increasing oil recovery from subsea wells. FMC offshore intervention support includes: Warm well (work-overs) Re-completions Cold well (module replacements) Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair (IMR) Well simulations Topside controls support The installation is based on guide wire and is run with water based hydraulic fluid; however, the system can interface with mineral based hydraulic oil systems. Light Well Intervention (LWI) Technology enables cost effective intervention operations into existing subsea wells, resulting in additional production volumes from mature subsea fields. The technology includes a patented lubricator system for inserting down hole tool packages into the wellbore under full pressure without taking hydrocarbons back to the vessel. Through Tubing Rotary Drilling (TTRD) enables increased production with efficient drilling, intervention and completion of existing wells through existing subsea completion systems.
Rental Tools FMC has invested in one of the largest inventories of subsea system completion and work over rental tool fleets in the industry.
