12 Recent Projects May 2014 Anode Replacement Skids (Santos / FTSM) Fugro-impROV were contracted by FugroTSM to provide the anode replacement skids and cables for SANTOS Energy s Mutineer - Exeter Field. 4x Anode Skid Assemblies comprising a 260kg Aluminium anode skid with an ROV operable continuity clamp on a 12 metre long continuity cables plus subsea rated sling set. Status: Completed and installed at SANTOS Mutineer Exeter field. June 2014 RSS Ballast Control System (McDermott) Fugro-impROV were contracted by McDermott Australia to develop the RSS Ballast Control System & Suction Anchor Panels to assist with the RSS Tower installation on Inpex s Ichthys Gas Field. The RSS Tower (7,055Te) will be towed to site, launched from the barge and then floated into location. The 100m high tower will be set down in 250msw. The ballast control system will control the set down of the tower onto the seabed. Once the RSS Tower is located on the seabed, the 16 Suction Anchor hatches in the foundation of the structure will be closed and suction applied to install the foundation into the seabed. Status: Installation onto the RSS Tower in Batam commenced early August July 2014 SIT FCV3000 ROV (Fugro / McDermott) Fugro-impROV were contracted by McDermott Australia to supply and operate a SIT Mock ROV for the testing of the subsea equipment before installation on Inpex s Ichthys Gas Field. The MROV consist of the vehicle which has full ROV hydraulic tooling functionality including Schilling T4 & Rigmaster manipulators. It also has a 20 control van / workshop container with ROV pilot console fitted a second 20 transport and storage container is also included. Status: In Batam for Inpex / McDermott Ichthys SIT s 12

13 Recent Projects July 2014 Moho Nord ROV Drill Support Tooling (FSSL / Total) Fugro-impROV Pty were contracted by Fugro Subsea Services Ltd to supply the ROV tooling required for Total s Moho Nord Field Drilling and Installation. The Drill Support Tooling was supplied by the Perth operation including 4x Fluid Injection Skids, 4x IHPU s, 4x Grinders, 4x Brush Tools, 4x Trash Pumps, 4x Docking Frame and Docking Probes as well as Hotstabs. Status: Completed and first system package delivered to the first rig, the rest of the tooling is in Singapore awaiting mobilisation. August 2014 Moho Nord ROV Installation Support Tooling (Aker Solutions / Total) Fugro-impROV Ltd were contracted by Aker Solutions to supply the ROV tooling required for Total s Moho Nord Field Installation. The installation Support Tooling was supplied by the Aberdeen operation including Seal Cleaning Tools, AX-VX Gasket Change-out Tools, TX Gasket Replacement Tools, 10Kpsi ROV Boosters, Back Seal Test Units, 95mm Paddle Tools, Class 1-4 Torque Tools c/w External Turns and Jupiter Control Systems, Class 1-4 Calibration Units and Fly Lead Orientation Tools. September 2014 Status: Delivered to Aker Solutions. Linear Actuator Override Tools & Locks (OneSubea - Brazil) Fugro-impROV were contracted by OneSubsea Brazil to supply LAOT s and LLT s for their Subsea Tree package supply to Petrobras. The LAOT s & LLT s are standard ISO interface Type A tools and are built and assembled at the Houston operation. Status: Currently in Build. 13

14 Recent Projects September 2014 May 2014 March 2012 Pazflor Fluid Sampling Skid (FMC) FMC contracted Fugro-impROV Ltd to develop a Fluid Sampling Skid that could be deployed with an ROV to depth to complete the sampling process. The Fluid Sampling Skid was required to control the pressure and temperature during the transfer and recovery to the surface. The whole system included a fail-safe design so that in the case of an emergency the hydrate could not escape the reservoir system. The sampling system included the ability to handle sub-ambient pressures but also allow the sample reservoirs to be removable from the skid. Status: System completed and tested. BP West Shetland - Quad 204 ROV Tooling (VerdErg) Fugro-impROV Ltd completed delivery of a suite of ROV tooling to VerdErg Connectors Ltd for use on the BP operated West of Shetland - Quad 204 Field Development. The tooling package was designed specifically to suit the VerdErg Driverless Maintained Cluster (DMaC) connection system and including the following types of tools: Torque Tools DMaC Retlock Interface (x12), Torque Tools DMaC Fly-To-Place Interface (x6), Torque Analyser (x8), 6 Hub Cleaning Tools ( x8), 8 / 10 Hub Cleaning Tools (x4), Annulus Cleaning Tool (x4), 6 8 /10 Seal Plate Change-Out Tools (x4), Quad Port Hot Stab (x8). Status: Delivered to VerdErg. Riser Top Connection Tool Block 31 (BP Angola) Fugro-impROV Ltd completed a Riser Top Connection Tooling Skid, including the following tooling capabilities Dual, Class 5 (modified) High Torque Tools, Jupiter 2 Skid Control System, Quad Port Hotstab ROV flying lead, Single Port Hotstab ROV flying lead. Also included interchangable tools Blind Hub Removal Tool, Hub Cleaning / Inspection Tool, Seal Plate Change-Out Tool. Status: 9x Flexible tie-ins completed in May
