REGISTRATION Registration desk is located in Foyer I The hours of operation are as follows: Monday 20 October 0900 1700 Tuesday 21 October 0800 1700 Wednesday 22 October - 0800 1600 Thursday 23 October - 0800 1600 Registration personnel will be able to help you get where you need to go, sign up for training courses, answer any registration payment questions and provide general information. Upon arrival to the hotel, please visit the Registration desk to obtain your badge and registration materials. Badges: Registrants who have paid for the full conference will receive an Attendee badge and will be able to gain admission to the general session and product breakout sessions. Please note: Registration balances must be paid in advance or onsite to obtain your registration badge. On-site Registration: If you are not already registered for the conference, you may complete an onsite registration form at the registration desk. The conference fee is 1295 (approx $2072) and training courses are 495 (approx $792 for full day) and 295 (approx $472 for half day) per course. Badges and registration materials will be provided to you. Methods of Payment: Credit cards are acceptable forms of payment for onsite registrations. Unfortunately we cannot process purchase orders and wire transfers. Payment receipts will be included in each registration packet for your convenience. Training Courses: Training courses are being offered on Thursday at a rate of 495 (approx $792 for full day) and 295 (approx $472 for half day) per course. To receive your handout materials and certificate please present your training ticket to the facilitator of the course. Registration staff will be happy to direct you to the proper room. TECH SUPPORT CENTRAL Once again we are happy to bring back the Thermo TECH SUPPORT CENTRAL! Thermo s TECH SUPPORT CENTRAL will be staffed throughout the user group conference by our team of technical support engineers. Our engineers will be available every day to field questions about your LIMS and CDS systems. Please visit the Tech Support Central area during the meal breaks, late afternoon, or stop by the registration desk to schedule a specific time. Meal Breaks: All registrants will be provided with meals during the dates of the conference. Breakfast is included in your room rate, and lunch will be provided on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Dinner will only be provided on Tuesday. Lunch will be provided on Thursday for those attending the Training Classes. Local Restaurants: A copy of the local area restaurants will be provided to you in the registration packet. Transportation will be on your own and can be arranged by the bell stand for taxi service. EVENING SOCIAL EVENTS: The Welcome Reception will be held on Monday 20 October from 1700 to 1830 in Foyer I. Cocktails and light hors d oeuvres will be served. All registrants are welcome and no tickets are needed for admission. The Customer Appreciation Dinner will be held on Tuesday 21 October at Ladik Csarda. Please be in the lobby at 1830 to load the buses to go to the restaurant. We promise you a night of fun and entertainment in the company of your fellow colleagues and Thermo Fisher friends you won t want to miss it! Tickets: Admission tickets are required to attend the Customer Appreciation Dinner. Spouses or guests are welcome to join the festivities for a nominal fee. One spouse or guest is limited to each registrant. Please stop by the registration desk to inquire about additional tickets. Weather: Budapest weather in October ranges from 8 C to 15 C.
