Critical relationships: Human Resources and Payroll team, Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders and Employees. Overall job purpose: The role will be responsible for managing a number of HR transactional activities and providing solid HR advice and support to leaders and employees in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, reward, performance management and health and safety. The role will contribute to continually improving the value of HR s contribution to the business. The Human Resources Officer also provides support to the Human Resources Manager, ANZ and the Executive Director, HR as directed. KEY RESULT AREAS 1 Manage all HR transactional activities and deliver a business focused service. Generate all employment contracts and send New hire packs Manage the employee referral program for ANZ. Manage all employment contracts and packs. Manage all amendments to existing staff conditions of employment. Manage and monitor probation periods. Organise collation of data and assist with generating reports. Ensure personnel files are in place for each employee and effectively maintained Provide HRIS training to all employees where relevant. Administrative support for HRIS Identifying, recommending and driving (where appropriate) process efficiencies. Assist in the implementation of training programs. Servicing the needs of your local client group in a pro-active and professional manner. All changes to employment conditions documented and sent to the employee and payroll within 48 hours of receiving all required and accurate information. 100% of probation reviews sent to management three (3) weeks in advance of expiry date. Ensure Personnel Files are opened within a month of hire. Inform Helpdesk of resignation by the 1 st. All other HR related letters to be processed within a week of receipt of request. 30% 2 Contribute to our EVP, sourcing, recruitment, orientation, and organisational exit programs. Ensure Employee Requisition and Employee Details Forms are approved prior to hiring. Coordinate the annual salary review process for the Australian business. Advise managers on remuneration ranges and out of cycle reviews. Ensure accurate transfer of remuneration information to payroll. Own the establishment, co-ordination, facilitation and compliance of the OHS Committee, ensuring that it meets the legislative obligations that exist in each location.
