DISH PAPERLESS AGREEMENTS APP ONE APP FOR ALL YOUR PAPERLESS AGREEMENTS With the DISH Paperless Agreements app, you can electronically submit new and existing customer agreements from a compatible mobile device. This guide includes an approved device list, installation information, and step-by-step instructions for using the application. GETTING STARTED RECOMMENDED TABLET SPECIFICATIONS For the best performance and user experience, DISH recommends the following minimum tablet specifications: 7 screen Internet connection (required to download and submit agreements) Apple ios 7.0 or above, or Android 4.1.2 or above APPROVED DEVICE LIST The following devices operating/systems have been tested and approved for use with the DISH Paperless Agreements app. Devices/operating systems not included on this list may be incompatible or may not allow the app to function/display properly and are not recommended. Apple Devices: Apple ipad 2 and above Apple ipad Air (all models) Apple ipad Mini (all models) Android Devices with 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) or higher with a screen measuring 7 or larger, including: Motorola Xoom Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 Samsung Galaxy Tab Z and above AVAILABLE AGREEMENTS The DISH Paperless Agreements (DPA) application allows you to submit both New and Existing Customer Agreements electronically. The following agreements are available for use: NEW CUSTOMER AGREEMENTS Digital Home Advantage 24 Flex24 Plan dishnet High Speed Internet DISH Business Advantage Commercial Plan EXISTING CUSTOMER AGREEMENTS DISH n It Up, Public/Private DISH n It Up Antenna Upgrade, DBA Antenna Upgrade Move-in Deal, Move-in Deal with Upgrade DBA Move-in Deal, DBA Move-in Deal with Upgrade 2

FIRST-TIME DOWNLOAD ANDRIOD 1. Adjust Tablet Settings To download DPA, you ll need to temporarily change the settings on your tablet. This is necessary because DISH mobile apps do not reside in Google Play, though they are authorized applications. Open your tablet settings. Scroll down to the Security section within the settings screen and tap on it. Select the Unknown Sources option under the device administration section. Tap OK on the warning window that appears. After the DISH mobile app of your choice has been downloaded and is functional, return your settings to their original state. DISH cannot be held responsible for items other than the DISH Paperless Agreements App that are downloaded to your tablet. 2. Visit the DISH Mobile Market Open an Internet browser window on your tablet and visit https://mobilemarket.dish.com. Log in with your Sellers Hub username and password. Select the Download button under the Android section. On the pop-up that appears, select Install to continue. You can check the progress of the download by tapping the arrow at the bottom right of the screen. Download times will vary based on the Internet connectivity of your tablet. 3. Complete the Installation Once the app has completed downloading, tap the arrow at the bottom right of the screen and select Install again. (If the download is unsuccessful, you will need to repeat the process in Step 2.) Next, tap Open to launch the app. Log in with your Sellers Hub username and password, or press Cancel if you would like to open the app later. 3

FIRST-TIME DOWNLOAD APPLE 1. Visit the DISH Mobile Market Open an Internet browser window on your tablet and visit https://mobilemarket.dish.com. Log in with your Sellers Hub username and password. Select the Download button under the ipad section. On the pop-up that appears, select Install to continue. You can check the progress of the download by tapping the arrow at the bottom right of the screen. Download times will vary based on the Internet connectivity of your tablet. 2. Open the App Once the app has completed downloading, tap the arrow at the bottom right of the screen and select Install again (If the download is unsuccessful, you will need to repeat the process in Step 1.) Next, tap Open to launch the app. Log in with your Sellers Hub username and password, or press Cancel if you would like to open the app later. ipad users also have the option to transfer the DISH mobile app to their tablet after downloading the app to their computer. For these steps, please visit the DISH Mobile Apps Job Aid on DISH Portal. 4

USING THE APP LOGGING IN TO THE APP To log in to DPA, simply select Tap to Login. DPA uses your Sellers Hub username and password to log you in. If you have logged into DPA within the past 10 days, the app will remember your username. If you enter an incorrect password six times, you will be locked out of the app for 30 minutes. NAVIGATION LANDING PAGE After logging in, you will be taken to the Agreements page where you can see all agreements you have downloaded. SEARCH To search for agreements to download, select Menu icon in the top left corner, and then choose Search. You may search for agreements by Account Number, Phone Number, or Webclaim ID. Please note that a search by Webclaim ID will return only the one agreement tied to the ID. For customers requiring more than one agreement, a search by Account Number is recommended. A downloaded agreement will have a green arrow icon. MAPPING You can map your customer s location by first selecting an unsigned agreement, and then selecting Map. You can either get direction directly to that location or add the locations to your route. Then select Mapping in the navigation menu to view your route and get turnby-turn directions. 5

COMPLETING AGREEMENTS An Internet connection is required to download and submit agreements. Therefore, it is recommended that you download the required agreements prior to arrival. The customer signature, address and antenna information can be captured without an Internet connection. NEW CUSTOMERS New customer accounts need to be built and entered into Axiom before the agreements can be opened in DPA. On your tablet, you can access Axiom through the DISH Sales App under Get DISH Now (for more information, see the DSA Job Aid). You can also access Axiom through Sellers Hub on your desktop or laptop. EXISTING CUSTOMERS Depending on the type of work performed, additional information, along with the customer s signature, may be required. Agreements cannot be submitted until all necessary information has been completed. Antenna Selection: On an Antenna Upgrade, Move-In Deal, and Move-In Deal Receiver Upgrade Agreements, you must select which antenna(s) were installed. Radio buttons in the antenna table on the agreement allow you to select the equipment you installed. New Address: You must enter the customer s new address for Move-In-Deal and Move-In-Deal Receiver Upgrade Agreements. Get Equipment: For DISH n It Up, Move-In Deal Receiver Upgrade, Public/Private DIU, and MDU Residential DIU Agreements, you no longer need to access the My Customer Agreements page in Sellers Hub to update the agreement with receiver information if you re using DPA. After collecting customer signatures and any other required information, select Submit Agreement at the bottom of the page. As with any agreement, you must approve the customer signature, enter an e-mail address to send a copy of the agreement to the customer, and enter install notes. 6

COMPLETING AGREEMENTS (cont) Get Equipment (cont): An Internet connection is required to retrieve information on the activated equipment. However, if you do not have an Internet connection, you can save and close a signed agreement. A yellow Hopper icon will appear on the agreement to indicate that equipment must be added prior to submission. Equipment can be added and the agreement submitted once connected to the Internet. Once connected, select Get Equipment. A list will populate with the receivers that have been activated on the account. If these are correct, select Accept. If the correct receivers are not listed, please verify in Axiom that the correct receivers were activated on the account. PAPERLESS AGREEMENTS ON SELLERS HUB Agreements submitted electronically will populate in the My Customer Agreements page on Sellers Hub. The agreement status will be updated accordingly and you will see a checkmark in the Paperless column. The following agreements will not be identified as paperless in Sellers Hub, even if submitted electronically. This will not impact the processing of the agreement.
