INVITATION Dear Colleagues, Dear friends, On behalf of IFSSH and FESSH, I am inviting you to e Eastern European Course on Hand Surgery held on 14-16 September. Bo Federations agree, at e best way to improve e outcome of our patients and optimizing our results is education. It is also e best way to invest money. The regional education project is a new concept, supported by IFSSH and FESSH wi e aim to provide high quality information and teaching for hand surgeons wi less favourable economical possibilities, at do not allow participation in high quality, but usually extremely expensive courses. Each year different regions of e world will be selected, where highlights of hand surgery are presented by wordwide acknowledged masters of hand surgery. Thanks to e support of IFSSH and FESSH, free registration of a significant number of hand surgeons is guaranteed. Selection of ese participants are based on e proposal of e national societies of e given region. For oer interested hand surgeons, organisers provide a reasonable registration fee. The official language of e course is bad English and e event covers lectures, discussions and cadaver demonstrations as well. I hope at is project will be a success of hand surgery and will not only improve e patients outcomes, but will help to achieve better collaboration amongst federations, societies and hand surgeons around e word.
