Internet Explorer 9,10 & 11 Settings Browser Settings Cookies If you are using Internet Explorer 9,10 & 11 you may be deleting your cookies automatically and will need to change that setting in order to more easily access online banking (skip entering the verification code). 1. Click on TOOLS icon. 2. Select INTERNET OPTIONS. 3. Under the heading Browsing history, uncheck the 'Delete browsing history on exit' checkbox. 4. Click on the PRIVACY tab. a. Set the Privacy Setting to MEDIUM. b. Click on the button "Advanced". c. Put a check mark next to "Override Automatic Cookie Handling". d. Accept 'First-party Cookies' and 'Third-party Cookies'.

e. Put a check mark next to "Always Allow Session Cookies". f. Click the OK button until exited completely from options. Security 1. Click on TOOLS icon. 2. Select INTERNET OPTIONS. 3. Click on the SECURITY tab. a. Set the Security Level for the Internet Zone to MEDIUM-HIGH. (if slider bar is not available, click on the button "Default Level"). b. Click the OK button. 4. Click on the ADVANCED tab.

Set "Firefox will" dropdown option to "Remember history," 4. In the Options window, select the "Content" icon/tab. a. Click (ON) the checkbox for "Block pop-up windows. b. Click the topmost button named "Exceptions..." c. In the pop-up window, type www.aodfcu.com in the field named "Address of website:" and then click "Allow." d. Click the "Close" button." 5. Click on OK button to close the Options window. * To prevent recurring verification codes, do not delete the cookies that are saved within Firefox. You may be deleting cookies by selecting "Clear Recent History" in Firefox. Also, many 3rd party software will remove cookies.

Firefox 4.0+ Settings 1. From the menu bar, click on "Tools." 2. From the Tools menu, select "Options." 3. In the Options window, select the "Privacy" icon. a. Set "Firefox will" dropdown option to "Remember history," 4. In the Options window, select the "Content" icon/tab. a. Click (ON) the checkbox for "Block pop-up windows. b. Click the topmost button named "Exceptions..." c. In the pop-up window, type www.aodfcu.com in the field named "Address of website:" and then click "Allow." d. e. Click the "Close" button." Click (ON) the checkbox for "Load images automatically." f. Click (ON) the checkbox for "Enable JavaScript."

5. In the Options window, select the "Advanced" icon/tab. 6. Select the "Encryption" tab. a. Click (ON) the checkbox for "Use SSL 3.0". b. Click (ON) the checkbox for "Use TLS 1.0". 7. You may be deleting cookies by selecting "Clear Recent History" in Firefox. Also, many 3rd party software will remove cookies.

Google Chrome Settings Opening the Settings Page You can open the Settings page by clicking on the icon with three stacked horizontal lines to the left of the address bar; this will open up a dropdown menu, and Settings will be located to the bottom of the screen. Users can also type in chrome://chrome/settings/ into the address bar to locate the page Browser Settings 1. Open the Settings page (directions above) 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Show advanced settings..." 3. Locate the Privacy section and choose Content Settings 4. In the Content settings overlay ensure that the following options are set: a. Cookies: Allow local data to be set (recommended) b. Cookies: The option for Block third party cookies and data is unchecked

c. JavaScript: Choose "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)" d. Pop-ups: Click "Manage exceptions..." in the "Pop-ups" section e. Pop-up exceptions: Enter www.aodfcu.com in the "Hostname pattern" field and make sure that the "Behavior" is set to "Allow" f. Pop-up exceptions: Click OK g. Click OK to close the "Content Settings" window 2. Locate the HTTPS/SSL section and check the box next to Check for server certificate revocation * To prevent recurring verification codes, do not delete the cookies that are saved within Google Chrome. You may be deleting cookies by selecting "Clear all browsing data..." in Chrome. Also, many 3rd party software will remove cookies.

Browser Settings Safari 6 Settings 1. Open the Preference window by choosing Safari > Preferences 2. Within the window select the "Security" icon on the top row and ensure that the following under "Web content" are true: a. Checked : Enable plugins b. Checked: Enabled JavaScript c. Unchecked: Block popup windows 3. Within the window select the "Privacy" icon on the top row and under the Block cookies option make sure Never is selected * To prevent recurring verification codes, do not delete the cookies that are saved within Safari. You may be deleting cookies by clicking "Remove All Website Data..." in Safari. Also several 3rd party software will remove cookies.
