Introduction Key Capture 9.0 Quick Setup Guide REQUIRED The following information illustrates your user experience the first time accessing the new version of Key Capture. This information is duplicated online at www.key.com\cashmanagement and is in the Key Capture 9.0 User Guide. Key Capture 9.0 is web based, and is now accessed at key.com: Visit www.key.com\cashmanagement Select Sign On to Key Capture: You will be notified that you are leaving Key.com. You will then be taken to a login screen for further set-up. Please enter your User Name and Password in the appropriate fields. Please note the Windows Security screen below is an example and may vary slightly depending on the Windows version you use. When you Sign On for the first time, you will be brought to a screen specific to your browser. There are four potential screens following in this guide, and you will need to utilize the one that matches their browser type. Windows 10 Edge Users User should follow all instructions in the window after installing the Remote Deposit Scanner Service. Once the Scanner Service is installed the user will receive the following screen to continue to with Updates. Click on the Update button to continue with the installation: Clicking update will bring up the following Update screen (finishing updates for Remote Deposit Scanner Service): Once the Scanner Service is completely installed, the user will need to select the appropriate device from the drop down menu. A Message displays to the client that the scanner driver has been updated. The scanner may now be plugged in, then click on Continue : The Home Page after the setup of scanner service will then appear: 2016 KeyCorp. KeyBank is Member FDIC. 160222-4556 8

These steps will not be needed again once the driver has been installed on the computer using the new version of Key Capture. Future visits after Sign On will take users directly to the home page after a successful login. Continue accessing Key Capture this way, through www.key.com\cashmanagement.
