For apply in more than one course no need to registered again, candidate can fill more than one online application form with single registration, but payment can be make separately for each application form. 4. STEP -1: New Candidate Registration Candidates are required to apply online through login in St. Xavier s College Website www.sxcran.org. Click on Admission Apply Online Link. Or www.sxcran.org.in You will be redirect to St Xavier s College Online Application Portal. Here you Click on Apply Online (Registration) link, read all the instruction carefully and click on PROCEED TO APPLY ONLINE Link. Provide all information like Name (As Per 10 th Board ) Father s name, Mother s Name, DOB, Category, Valid E- Mail, Valid Mobile No and Click on Submit button. After successful submission a registration no provide to you on next page (also through sms/email). Please note down the registration number given on the page. STEP -2: Make Payment After successful registration Click on Go for Payment Option. And follow these actions. Action -1 Select Payment Method (E-Challan or Internet Banking) Payment using E-Challan. Action -2 Select Program and Course in which you want to apply and click on Generate Challan button. Action -3 After Successfully Generate E-Challan Click on Download-E-Challan Button. Action -4 After Downloading the E-Challan take printout and submit it your nearest UBI Branch for payment, after making payment in Bank, Please wait at least 2-4 hours to activate the E-Challan. Payment using Internet Banking. Action -2 Select Program and Course in which you want to apply and click on Submit button.) Action -3 You are redirect to Bill Desk Payment Gateway. Select the payment type (Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card). After successful payment you will redirect to payment success page with Transaction details. If payment has been failed with any reason you will not able to complete your next step, hence again go to Step-2 Make Payment. Note : If your amount has been Deduct from your account and transaction show failed, Immediate mail with full details on studentservice@sxcran.org.in. Do not attempt to make another payment. STEP -3: Upload Photo After successful completion of payment (Offline/Online). You are able to upload Photo. Click on Browse and Upload Passport Photo. STEP -4: Fill Application Form Action 1: Fill Application Form Basic details like Address, Religion, Blood Group, Extra Activity, Guardian Details and Education Details
STEP -5: Print Confirmation Page Download and take Print out of Application Form and Admit Card. Candidates can logoff in any step and start again the form filling process by login. Any time candidates can take printout of Application Form and Admit Card by login. When Payment is done through E-Challan in Bank, wait at least 2-4 hours for activation. When Payment is done through E-Challan in Bank login after 2-4 hours to complete your application form. Please check your input before submission of form in Step-4.
