1 Information for 1 st Year Students 1 After reading Eligibility Criteria and other related documents, Apply online through college website for 1 st year. After a successful submission of Online Admission Form: A) You will receive a SMS with your Login ID & Password. B) Print Application Fees Challan. C) Print Application Form (Optional) Please note: I) There are no Physical Application Forms available in college. II) Beware of touts claiming to have links in the college for direct admission bypassing the process mention herein. Students are requested not to become victim of such traps as The College does not allow indulgence in such an illegal method of admission. 2 Pay Application fees in any branch of Federal Bank through Challan printed in Step 1 (Rs.500 for each application/session). Your application is valid only after payment of the application fees. No Online Payment is accepted. 3 After payment of the application fees, wait for the merit list. And if you want to apply for another course or session follow step 4. Please note: Application form or paid application fees challan is not required to be submitted physically in the college. All information with regards to admission procedure and merit list will be published on college website as well as on the College Notice Board in due course of time. 4 Follow the steps given below if you want to edit your application form or apply for a different course/ session or print your application fees challan again:- Visit college website click on College Admission click on student login login with your Login ID and password You can now edit your application form, print a duplicate application form and/or challan, apply for a new course/ session and also change your login password. 1

2 How to Apply Online Students must follow the following steps to fill up the Online Application Form Step 1: Click on the CLICK HERE FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FORM. It will open Declaration page. Read carefully and accept it by clicking on the check box, click on the Next button. Step 2: Select the Stream (B.Com /B.A /B.Sc./B.B.A) you want to opt for. Step 3: Select Gender as, (After selecting gender, a Popup will come please read it properly before clicking OK button). Step 4: Select Session as. Step 5: Select Course as. Step 6: Under Admission Bracket you will be required to select your category. Step 7: You will be asked whether you have the eligible aggregate percentage, select YES/No from Dropdown. Step 8: Click Click toapply Note: Fill the Application Form according to Number sequence. The mandatory fields are marked with red*. Please keep your Class-XII Board Marksheet in front of you. Applicant Name 1 PERSONAL INFORMATION 2 Give your ID You will have to fill the field according to your Class 12 Board Marksheet. If you don t have a Last Name, then give a dot (.), since the Last Name field is compulsory. DOB 3 Select DD/MM/YY from the Dropdown Place of Birth 4 Write the Place you are Born. Emergency No. is needed so that the college can contact during the time of Emergency. You have to upload recent Photo. It has to Passport size (.jpg /.jpeg format, not exceeding 50 KB in size may be uploaded.) 15 If you don t have an Adhaar card you have to write NA Physically Challenged 16 Click on the option. LOGIN DETAILS Login Id Selection 17 Login Id 18 Password 19 Confirm Password Login Id will be either of the two or Phone No. of the student, provided in the Personal Information. Select the options from the Dropdown. It will be required for accessing online profile on college web site. It will automatically show your Emal Id details, once you select it in Login Id Selection Password cab of 6-8 character of your Choice. Please remember your password. 20 Rewrite the Password for confirmation. CONTACT DETAILS 3

4 Residential Address 21,22,23,24,25,26 Type your address then select the Country, State & City in this order from the dropdown options. If you select Country as Others then, you will have to select Others in State & City, and you will get fields to type your State & City name (Sr.No.22-ii, 23-ii). Mailing Address 27,28,29,30,31,32 Place of Stay 33,34,35 If your Residential Address and Mailing Address is same then click on the box which says same as above. If your Mailing Address is not same then fill the fields as directed above in the Residential Address. If you stay in as Paying Guest, Hostel, Relatives, or in Family Friend s place then you have to fill the given fields. If not decided as yet leave blank. You can fill it subsequently. FAMILY DETAILS Father s Mother s Select appropriate Title from the Dropdown and then fill details in the Fields Provided- Name, Occupation and Mobile no. ( Id if any) Same as Father s. Annual Family Income 50 Select from the Ranges of Income given from the Dropdown. Note: If you select Title as Late then you are not required to fill the other details of the person. GUARDIAN DETAILS Relation 51 Specify Relation 52 Select your Local Guardian from the options - Mother/Father or Other from the Dropdown. Mention the relation with your Local Guardian, if Other option is selected. Guardian If you have selected Other in corresponding sr.no. 51, 4

Please Note: If your Residential Address in Sr. No is other than Kolkata then it is mandatory to provide Local Guardian details at the time of application itself. Kolkata address would automatic mean your parents are local guardian also. Degree Board/University Other Board/Other University Subject Wise Marks ACADEMIC & RELEVANT DETAILS Institute If your Board is not mentioned in the list given in the Dropdown, select Others. Mention your Board/University if you have selected Others & if your Board name is not there in the Dropdown list. Click on Marks Entry. Select the Subjects from the Dropdown & write your Marks under Marks Obtained Column. If you want to add any other Subject Marks click on Add Row, & follow the same procedure. After completion click Done. Click Entry. Select Course, Type your Class-XII Board Roll no. Select the Last Institute Name from the Dropdown. Mention the Address of your Last Institute (Sr.No.65-68). Select Year of Passing & Medium of Instruction from the Dropdown.(Sr. No ). SUBJECTS TO BE STUDIED Note: If you Select B.Com or B.B.A, then you don t have to Select any Elective or Compulsory Subjects. The Subjects will be freezed for You. But if you Opt for B.A / B.Sc., then you will get option to select the Elective & Compulsory Subjects from the respective Dropdown list. 5
