VALUABLE INFORMATION FOR YOU Chatham Federal Credit Union is now partnered with MembersFirst Credit Union. The last step to complete our partnership is the conversion of your account information and credit union data into the new computer system. Included below, is information about some of the necessary product and operational changes that will occur and how they may affect you. We have scheduled the computer conversion for Monday, February 1, 2016. To accommodate the conversion our offices will be closed on Monday, February 1 st. WHAT WILL CHANGE EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2016 The Website for the credit union will change to www.membersfirstga.com Online and Mobile Services Effective Friday, January 29 th, Online Banking will be unavailable on the Chatham Federal Credit Union website. Your new online banking and bill pay, FlexTeller Online Banking, will be available on Tuesday, February 2 nd. You will access FlexTeller Online Banking at the MembersFirst website at www.membersfirstga.com. In the upper left- hand corner of the MembersFirst website, you will find the login for FlexTeller Online Banking. If you have bookmarked or saved www.chathamfederal.com, please delete it from your browser. We have set up a temporary password for you to access FlexTeller. You will need to access FlexTeller Online Banking as follows: User ID: Use your existing Login ID from your Chatham FCU Online Banking Temporary Password: The first letter of your first and last name in UPPERCASE, plus the last four digits of your Social Security number. Your password is case sensitive. For example, if your name is Francis Lester and your Social Security number ends in 4568 your password would be FL4568. Once you login to FlexTeller with your temporary password, you will be prompted to change it to a more secure password that is between 8 and 16 characters in length. We recommend a complex password using a combination of numbers, letters and special characters. You will then be redirected to the login screen where you will need to enter your newly created password. After that you will be prompted to enhance your security. To enhance your security, choose a security image from the ones provided and choose three different challenge questions. The answers to the questions are case sensitive. The image you choose and one of your three questions will be presented each time you login to FlexTeller in the future to let you know that you are connected to the authentic FlexTeller site. If you are using a private computer that is accessible to you only, you can register the computer to bypass the questions in the future. Please note that your account history and check copies prior to February 1 st will no longer be available in online banking. FlexTeller Online Banking is simple to navigate with quick and easy pull down menu selections. Please take some time to verify that your email address is correct by selecting User Profile from the menu options available at the top of the screen and then choose, Manage E- mails. Verify that your email address under Security Contacts is the email address where you want to receive password reset and e- Statement information. If you have problems logging into FlexTeller or navigating the options and functions of the system, you may contact the credit union at (912) 352-2902.
