As CEO of 1492.//, his area of expertise is mental change in organisations, which is implemented through holistic transformation programs, called Learning Journeys Michael is founding member of the 1492.// School of Collective Intelligence and coordinates an interdisciplinary research network with exchange at the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence Maximilian Kammerer, born1962, has studied Business Administration in Landshut and Munich. After several years as consultant at Roland Berger he joined Apple where he held different European and global management positions. When he changed to Nokia he lead and transformed the Global Customer Service department as Vice President and then prepared for the roll-out of a company-wide organisational development program. He has long experiences and a proven track record in the holistic development of global Customer Service strategies, general strategy development and execution, as well as the design and implementation of transformation and change programs. SPEAKERS David Rohrmann, born 1982, has specialised in Business Ethics and Organisational Development during his Philosphy & Economics studies in Bayreuth. He is also founder and Dean of the 1492.// School of Collective Intelligence, which offers leadership development programs, Inhouse MBAs, integral consulting and collective intelligence programs. David Rohrmann is lecturer and PhD candidate at the University of Bayreuth in the areas of Ethical Leadership, Service Learning, CSR, Swarm Intelligence and Governance. He coordinates an attached Think Tank as interface between philosophy and economics with selected organisations. Here, organisational questions from the perspectives of research, consulting and society are dealt with. He is also scientific author and publishes the Rethink Series for socio-economic changes and blogs at the Harvard Business Manager. Sascha, Konul born 1972, has studied Business Administration in Innsbruck und Telematic Management in Krems (Austria). He started as Project Manager in the Media and Telecommunication Industry, designing and implementing large corporate networks, and cross industry ebusiness applications. From 2000 2004 Sascha Konul was Managing Director of the ebusiness competence center of the Raiffeisen Zentralbank, one of the leading banking groups in CEE. He developed a group-wide ebusiness strategy and was responsible for the design of several efinance applications. He acted also as advisory board member for several internet start ups. In 2004, he became CEO of Centrowave, a telecommunication startup, and built network infrastructure for network backhauling and last mile connectivity in Austria. From 2007 on, he was working as Vice President for Barkawi Management Consulting, Munich. He mainly advised global leading companies in the Telecommunication and Energy industry in strategy design and deployment, after market services, operations (workforce management, S&OP, logistics, ERP design and roll out etc.) and organisational development. 5
