The High Impact Leadership Program is a highly interactive course dedicated to help form a new generation of transformational, coach-oriented, positive and authentic leaders who can make a difference in their teams, their organizations and their communities at large. It brings together promising leaders from around the world, aiming to make the scarcity of great leadership a thing of the past. 4 Leadership is a Relationship No leadership without followers Leadership is nonhierarchical How to build trust between leaders and followers Self Leadership Deepening self-awareness Leadership and personal change Crafting a personal development plan Prior to the program start you will receive instructions to complete a set of leadership questionnaires which will be used during the program to help you gain insights into your unique profile of strengths, behaviors and interests. We will work with the questionnaire results throughout the three days to make the program s learning content very practical, personal and useful for your development. 4

The program investment is 4,300, which covers tuition, course materials, transportation for the site visit, and all coffee breaks and lunches for all three days of the program. Concessions are available for IE alumni, groups of executives attending from the same organization, participants registering for more than one program, early-bird inscriptions, and other cases.
