He qualified as an accountant with Rolls Royce, having started his finance career at an independent firm of accountants. Michael has an energetic and dynamic style which engages with his audience and maximises their learning and development. Michael Greenhalgh Michael has over 20 years experience as a learning and development consultant, as well as a successful track record leading teams in the retail sector. He has more recently been specialising in working within the professional services sector, specifically with the accountancy and legal professions in the areas of business development and personal resilience. He relishes working with people, as a coach, mentor and facilitator with a genuine desire to help people become the best that they can be.
