Each idividual chael ca be cofigured o a weekly, daily ad hourly basis to record either by schedule, alarm iput or motio detectio. Hard Drive Moitorig The VXM4B uses SMART techology to check the status of the hard drives. SMART moitorig esures that potetial data loss is avoided by predictig hard drive failure before it happes thus allowig prevetative actio ad backups to be take. Watchdog The watchdog is a idepedet part of the VXM4B system that moitors the system firmware every 5 secods.
