It helps establish a performace-based partership betwee civil ad military stakeholders. PRISMIL stads for Pa-Europea Repository of Iformatio Supportig Civil-Military Performace Moitorig. Key fuctios data collectio ad itegratio from differet data sources; aggregatio of atioal, FAB ad EU performace idicators; olie data queryig ad iteractive reportig; a multi-dimesioal view of ASM performace; itegratio of performace measuremets; combied use of civil ad military performace idicators; data access cotrol. PRISMIL ad stakeholders The PRISMIL service is available to all EUROCONTROL stakeholders o a volutary basis. It is a tailored activity supportig civil ad military stakeholders i the implemetatio of the SES performace scheme ad the FUA cocept. Sice the applied solutio optimises the resources available o both atioal ad EUROCONTROL levels, PRISMIL is a service which for EUROCONTROL s Member States ca be provided without additioal cost to stakeholders. Data cofidetiality Data access is o a eed-to-kow basis defied by the States. The security covers all levels of PRISMIL iformatio.

3 PRISMIL ad the SES performace scheme PRISMIL complemets the civil-military dimesio of the sigle Europea sky performace scheme. Sice civil-military cooperatio ad coordiatio are of the utmost importace i achievig the objectives of the performace scheme, havig due regard to military missio effectiveess, civil-military performace idicators, alog with a civil-military dimesio of the performace pla, form part of the performace scheme. PRISMIL assists performace moitorig ad reportig i a civil-military results-orieted partership. I additio, PRISMIL eables States to set their ow idicators ad targets for performace moitorig o atioal ad FAB levels. PRISMIL ad the FUA regulatio Member States, at ASM strategic level, must: assess ad review airspace procedures ad the performace of flexible-use-ofairspace operatios, archive data for further aalysis ad plaig activities. The PRISMIL service supports FUA performace moitorig ad reportig requiremets at atioal, FAB ad Europea level. PRISMIL ad the Advaced FUA Cocept I facilitatig performace assessmet, PRISMIL is iteroperable with the LARA ASM system. The LARA-PRISMIL iterface supports curret data collectio processes. It also eables cotiuous performace moitorig over a trasitioal period ad deploymet of the Advaced FUA Cocept i the framework of Cetralised Service 4: Advaced FUA Services.

Performace idicators developed by EUROCONTROL ad implemeted through PRISMIL ca be used to: moitor whether or ot objectives or targets are beig met; support a fact-based decisio-makig process; idetify areas for improvemet across ASM processes; bechmark FUA operatios amogst States; assess the impact of ATM o military missio effectiveess. It is a user-friedly, multi-layered applicatio providig a itegrated view of the status of the critical ad most iterestig performace achievemets at atioal, FAB or Europea level. Users ca customise the layout of the dashboard ad create a report i accordace with their specific busiess eeds. For a more detailed aalysis, usig drilldow fuctios, users ca access the lower levels of the iformatio ad data.
