USEFUL INFORMATION Information desk The Information Desk is placed at the pool deck in the competition venue (point 4 on the map). You will find there all information which can be of your interest (circulars, results and so on). Please do not hesitate to contact our representatives, Agnese Franceschetti, Simona Spurio Schiavoni for any queries you may have. Opening Hours The Information desk will be open one hour before the start of the competition till the end of the competition. Accreditation Accreditation will be delivered at the accreditation centre at the venue. The Head of Delegation is kindly requested to collect the accreditation cards for the whole Delegation. Accreditation Badges must always be visible and shown when requested. Entry to the venue will be denied to any unaccredited persons. N.B: please take note that accreditation will be delivered only after having settled the invoice for accommodation expenses. USEFUL INFORMATION Technical Meeting The Technical Meeting will be held on Thursday 23 th June at 18:00 in the Meeting Room (see point 6) and will be carried out by the Meet Director, Mr. Gianfranco Saini. Team Officials and Coaches are kindly requested to attend this meeting. Final scratches and corrections to the starting lists must be given on this Technical meeting at latest. In any case, all teams are requested to communicate in advance to the O.C. any scratch or correction whenever possible, in order to speed up the work of the Secretariat (please contact Ms. Simona Fagioli and Mr Gianfranco Saini). Accommodation Payment Accommodation and meals must be paid by bank transfer to the Italian Swimming Federation. Please be aware that city tax and all extra expenses (for ex. phone, fax, wine, bar etc.) are to be paid directly to the Hotels, even if you are hosted by the Italian Swimming Federation. We remind you that the invoice related to the hotel payment will be delivered at the information desk. Teams Transportation Teams transportation for international clubs and federations is supplied by a shuttle service from all official Hotels to the competition pool and vice versa according to the enclosed schedules. 7

Confirmation of the Return Travel Transport back to the Airport will be provided. Delegations are invited to confirm their departure, in order to help us in the organisation of bus transfer. Thank you for your co-operation. Doping Control Doping control will run according to FINA Rules (Doping Control Room is at point 8 on the map). Please be ready to follow our Staff Members with your ID or passport if you are drawn for. If necessary, do not forget to fill in the Drug Use Form: for each medicament used, a Form must be used. Results Delivery Copy of resultes race by race will be available at the information desk, otherwise the results can be downloaded at www.federnuoto.it 8

Rank for Nations at the International Meeting Sette Colli In order to award the Mario Saini Trophy, a final ranking for Nations will be prepared at the end of the competions based on the results of the meeting with the following modalities: for each event the following scores will be assigned to the first six athletes classified: 7 points to the first, 5 points to the second, 4 points to the third, 3 points to the fourth, 2 points to the fifth and 1 point to the sixth classified swimmer; in case of parity the points will be divided between the athletes; to each swimmers will be assigned the sum of the scores achieved in each event swam; for each nation it will be considered the swimmers with the highest points achieved up to a maximum of 5 athletes (male or female); the Mario Saini Trophy will be assigned to the Nation first classified based on the sum of the scores; in case of disequality, the Trophy will be assigned to the Nation with the best average of scores for classified athlete; in case the winner Nation is Italy, the Trophy will be assigned to the Club that will contribute to the final ranking with the highest fraction of score. 10
