This allows you to watch your favourite movies, sports & shows on-the-go via your computer, laptop, iphone, ipad, ipod Touch and Android device. Every service is a little different in how they let you access their content, so please check their website for more details. To access content, you require a subscription to the original service plus an online account with Source Cable. Viewing of this content is only available from within Canada. Source Account If you don t already have a Source Cable online account with your own User Name and Password then you ll need to: o Go to the www.sourcecable.ca website and click on My Source and then My Account and it will take you to: https://cableanytime.com/source/ o Then click on Register for the first time and follow each step. o If you re still having problems, then call us at 905 574-6464 and we ll walk you through it. CTV GO: CTV customers can view on demand content from CTV via their computer, ios devices (iphone, ipad, ipod Touch) and Android devices. How do you access it? o Go to CTV.ca, or download the CTV GO App from App store. o Click on Video Sign In on the top right corner of the website page and then click on the Source Cable logo. Enter your Source Cable User Name and Password. Select the show you want to watch and enjoy!
TMN GO: TMN and TMN Encore customers can view on demand content from TMN, HBO Canada and TMN Encore via their computer, ios devices (iphone, ipad, ipod Touch) and Android devices. How do you access it? o Go to TMN GO.ca, or download the TMN GO App from App store. o Click on Sign In on the top right of their website and then click on Source Cable logo. Enter your Source Cable User Name and Password. Select the movie or series you want to watch and enjoy! GLOBAL GO: Global GO is a video streaming service that lets you watch your favourite Global primetime shows on your desktop, laptop, iphone, ipad and Android device. o Go to GlobalTV.com or download the GlobalTV App from App store. o Go to www.globaltv.com and click on the television show you want to watch under Watch Primetime Full Episodes o Click on Sign In in the top right corner. o Click on the Source Cable logo which will take you to the Source Cable sign in area. o Watch the Global show you picked originally.
History GO: History GO is a video streaming service that lets you watch your favourite History Television primetime shows on your desktop, laptop, iphone, ipad and Android device. o Go to History.ca, or download the History App from App store. o Go to www.history.ca and click on the television show you want to watch under Watch Full Episodes or download the free History GO App from the App store. o Click on Sign In in the bottom right corner. o Click on the Source Cable logo which will take you to the Source Cable sign in area. o Watch the History show you picked originally. A&E: A&E is a new video streaming service that lets you watch your favourite A&E primetime shows on your desktop, laptop, iphone, ipad and Android device. o Go to AETV.com or download the A&E App from App store. o Go to www.aetv.com and click on the television show you want to watch under Watch Full Episodes OR download the free A&E app from the App store. o Go to Select Your Cable Provider and then See More Providers and scroll down to Source Cable Ltd.
o Click on Source Cable which takes you to Source Cable sign in area. o Watch the A&E show you picked originally. Using TSN GO on my computer TSN GO: 1. Visit tsn.ca 2. Select TSN or TSN2 under Watch Live Now. 3. When prompted or when signing in, select Source Cable as your TV service provider. 4. Log in using your Source username and password (the same username and password you use to access your bill). How to use TSN GO on my phone or tablet Downloading TSN GO to your device Apple: Download the app from itunes. Android: Download the app from Google Play. Alternately, 1. From the home screen on your device, select the App Store (ios) or Google Play (Android) icon. 2. Select Search and type in TSN GO. 3. Select the TSN GO application. 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to download the application.

Hollywood Suite GO Hollywood Suite GO (HSGO) is a mobile application that makes it possible for you to access great Hollywood Suite movies on your mobile device. If you are a current Hollywood Suite subscriber and your television service provider supports HSGO, you can enjoy unlimited access to our great selection of movies on your Android mobile phone and tablet, and Apple iphone, ipod Touch or ipad. To access Hollywood Suite GO, you need to be a subscriber to Hollywood Suite through Source Cable. You also need to download the app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play. To log in: 1. Launch the Hollywood Suite GO mobile application on your mobile device 2. Click on the gear icon on the top-right corner 3. At the bottom of the list that appears, tap on Log in 4. Select your Source Cable by tapping on the Source logo 5. Log in using the same login and password that you use to access your Source Cable s online services (e.g., billing, checking data usage, etc.) 6. Enter you Source Cable User Name and Password. WWE Customers subscribing to the WWE Network will need to create a WWE account at WWE.com. CORUS TVE Services include: Treehouse GO, YTV GO, Nick GO and Watch Disney. Does it cost anything to use the any of these Apps? These Apps are free to download and are available to television customers with a subscription to their service. If you are outside a Wi-Fi area and your device is able to connect to a cellular network, you may access data through that cellular network. Additional cellular data charges may apply. Please check with your cellular service provider regarding the data consumption limit available with your plan. Please note that Source Cable has unlimited internet usage within your home, so you can download to your heart s content! What devices do these Apps work on? They work on iphone, ipad, and ipad Mini touch devices running ios 7.0 or newer and Android devices running OS 4.2.2 or newer. Why do I sometimes get an error message when I attempt to login to my account? These networks may not be included in your TV subscription package. How do users login to these Apps? 1. Users will be prompted to choose their cable provider logo (Source) from a list on the network s website. The link will take them to the Source sign in page and once they sign into their account, the app content will be available to them. 2. Customers will be taken out of the app temporarily to sign in thru their Source website and once logged in they will be taken back into the home screen where all the content will now be visible. 3. If they SKIP authenticating they will still be in the app environment but only be able to see a limited amount of clips. 4. If they select a LOCKED episode they will be taken back to authentication. If I ve already signed in why am I occasionally asked to sign in again? To ensure that your TV subscription is up to date, you may be required to sign into the various TVE Apps again.
If my TV service provider and my Internet service provider are different, which account info do I use to sign in? Please use the login information for your TV service (Source) provider. Can we access these Apps if we re not at home? Yes! You can access the Apps if you are traveling within Canada by locating a Wi-Fi hot spot or other mobile data access, like 3G, 4G, or LTE. Additional cellular data charges may apply. Can I use these Apps outside of Canada? The video content provided by these Corus Apps is only accessible in Canada. Will streaming the live TV feed and videos use my mobile data and/or Internet bandwidth allocation? Users do have the option of turning off the streaming feature. The app will use Wi-Fi first if available, but if a Wi-Fi connection isn t available, additional cellular data charges may apply. Please check with your cellular service provider regarding the data consumption limit available with your wireless plan. Source Internet usage is unlimited. How many people in my household can log in at the same time? Multiple users can log in at the same time. Do I have to sign in to use the app on multiple devices? Yes. You will need to sign in on every device. Can I shift the time zone of the live feeds? No, the live feeds are available in the Eastern Time Zone only.
