Alan McLean is Executive Vice President Taxation and Corporate Structure for Royal Dutch Shell plc, a role which he took up in July 2008. In this role he is responsible for managing the tax affairs of Shell companies around the world, and for leading the global tax function. Prior to joining Shell in 1992, Alan worked with Coopers & Lybrand in London as a Tax Adviser. Alan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a member of the Tax Committee of the Confederation of British Industry, the Private Sector Vice-Chair of the EU Joint Transfer Pricing Forum, a Vice-Chair of the Tax Committee of the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD, a member of the Board of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative, and holds an M.A. from the University of Oxford. Mr. Alvin Mosioma, Executive Director, Tax Justice Network Africa Alvin Mosioma is the founding Executive Director of Tax Justice Network-Africa. He holds a Master degree in Economics from Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz. He serves as the vice Chair of the Financial Transparency Coalition and is a member of the steering committee of the Open Government Partnerships. Mr. Mosioma has spear headed numerous civil society campaigns in Africa and helped establish national tax justice platforms in many African countries. Special interest areas include fiscal policy, international taxation, financial regulation and natural resource governance. Mr. Mosioma has written a number of articles and reports on fiscal policy in Africa. He has co-authored two books on taxation and development in Africa. Mr. Mosioma is widely traveled and has given lectures and speeches on taxation and financing for Development in Africa at various international conferences and other forums. Mr. Benny Engelbrecht, Minister for Taxation Benny Engelbrecht is the Danish minister for taxation for the Social Democratic party since September 2014. Member of the Danish Parliament since 2007. He has previously been the speaker for Business, for European affairs, for consumers, and for transport. Member of the board of the Social Democratic party 2007-2014. He has several years experience from working in marketing, and is educated from Kildevældsskolen in Denmark from 1986. He holds several posts as members of committees or board related to his constituency. Ms. Anne Mette Christiansen, Partner, Deloitte sustainability Anne Mette Christiansen is the managing partner of Deloitte Sustainability. She has worked with corporate responsibility, strategy and stakeholder management for the last 15 years in a number of consulting roles. She is an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School s Centre for CSR and at Washington & Lee University, as well as a Board Member of CSR Forum and Transparency International. Mr. David Bradbury, Head of the Tax Policy and Statistics Division of the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration at OECD David is an Australian national and joined the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in April 2014. Prior to joining the OECD, David was a lawyer, a Member of the House of Representatives in the Australian Parliament, and a Minister in the Australian Government. As a lawyer, David worked for an international corporate law firm, specialising in taxation law.
As a Minister, David led the Australian contribution to the debate on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting and implemented key taxation reforms including landmark amendments to the General Anti-Avoidance Rule - Part IVA - and the modernisation of Australia s transfer pricing laws. David has completed an undergraduate degree in Arts (majoring in Government and Public Administration), an Honours degree in Law, and has completed post graduate studies in Taxation Law at the University of Sydney. Mr. Lars Koch, Director of Policy and Campaigns, IBIS Lars Koch is Director of Policy and Campaigns at IBIS. Lars has deep knowledge of development finance issues based on years of experience from working with development aid, aid effectiveness, debt and debt cancellation, trade, foreign investments, mobilizing domestic taxes and international financial taxes. In his capacity as director of policy and campaigns he is also deeply involved in campaigning and advocacy for quality education for all and finance for education. Further he has a strong insight into Latin American politics from 2½ years based in La Paz, Bolivia, working for IBIS. Lars holds a master in Political Science from University of Copenhagen. In 2010 he was elected vice-president of the board at Concord Denmark, has served as Eurodad Board member in two terms and is board member of DanWatch. Ms. Lisbet Fich, Process facilitator Lisbet has 27 years of professional experience with international development and process facilitation. She makes efficient use of the unique combination of a development educational background and highly professional facilitation skills. As an independent consultant, Lisbet has served a variety of international and governmental customers, supporting political processes to achieve great results in various ways. Lisbet has built up profound experience in designing and executing major international events and conferences. Lisbet holds a MSc in political science. Ms. Lise Kingo, Executive Vice President and Chief of Staffs at Novo Nordisk A/S Lise Kingo joined Novo Industry A/S in 1988 and worked over the years to build up the company s Triple Bottom Line business principle. In 1999, she was appointed senior vice president, Stakeholder Relations. In 2002, she was appointed executive vice president and chief of staffs, assuming global responsibility for Corporate Relations. Lise Kingo is chair of the board of Steno Diabetes Center A/S, Denmark and a member of the board of Grieg Star Group AS, Norway. She is also a member of the advisory board for Scale for Good at Tesco, UK and chair of the Danish Council for Corporate Responsibility as well as adjunct professor at the Medical Faculty, Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She holds a BA in Religions and in Ancient Greek Art (1986, University of Aarhus, Denmark), a BCom in Marketing Economics Copenhagen Business School, Denmark (1991) and an MSc (Hons.) in Responsibility and Business Practice from the University of Bath, United Kingdom (2000). She is a Danish national. Ms. Lotte Folke Kaarsholm, Foreign and Features Editor at Dagbladet Information Foreign and Features Editor at Dagbladet Information. MA in Comparative Literature Editor since 2007. Worked before that as a journalist, cultural critic and investigative reporter. Covered African and development affairs in articles and the feature documentary film Curtain Raising (2006), and has focused on information activism and transparency debates, among other things, in recent years. Ms. Mette Müller, Chairperson, IBIS Chair of IBIS Board since 2008, MA in African Studies. Works as Project Manager at Bestseller Fund. Mette has extensive experience from development work since 2001 and has lived and worked for two years in Mozambique with governance, education and partnerships with civil society. She has been a member of IBIS board since 2004, and in 2008 she took on the post as chairperson providing the political and strategic direction for IBIS.
As chair she is focused on the overall trends for development politics and aid, and how to fulfill IBIS vision to fight poverty and inequality. Mette has also been a member of the Council for International Development in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs 2008-2012, and is a member of grants committee in the civil society fund of CISU. Mr. Mogens Pedersen, Denmark s Ambassador to Mozambique Mogens Pedersen has been Denmark's ambassador to Mozambique since 2011. He has been employed by the Danish Foreign Service since 1993 and has previously been ambassador to Bolivia and Burkina Faso. He has performed as Executive Director at The African Development Bank and worked for respectively FAO and IBIS in Nicaragua. Mogens Pedersen has graduated with a master in Political Economy from University of Copenhagen. Mr. Pascal Saint-Amans, Director of the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration at OECD Mr. Saint-Amans, a French national, joined the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in September 2007 where he played a key role in the advancement of the OECD tax transparency agenda in the context of the G20. Prior to his appointment as Director, he was the Head of the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes since 2009. Mr. Saint-Amans graduated from the National School of Administration (ENA) in 1996, and was an official in the French Ministry for Finance for nearly a decade. Mr. Peter Damgaard Jensen, CEO of PKA After graduating in 1981 from The University of Aarhus as a master of Political Science he joined the Association of County Councils in Denmark. In 1985 he moved to the Danish Nurses Organisation in Denmark where he had different management positions. He left the Danish Nurses Organisation in 2001 to join PKA. Peter is a member of the board in The Danish Insurance Association. He is the vice chairman of the board in PKA+ Pensions Ltd and the vice-chairman in Forca Ltd (Two companies in the pension fund and life insurance industry). He is the vice-chairman in MajInvest and member of the board in Axcel Ltd (leading Danish private equity Company s). Peter was a member of the Board in DEAS (Dan-Ejendomme) Denmark s biggest property management company - in the period 2001-2006. Mr. Rasmus Feldthusen, Professor, Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen Rasmus Feldthusen, PhD, is a professor at the faculty of law at the University of Copenhagen. He has been employed at the university since 1996. In his professorship he has a specific focus on the interplay between corporates and society. In 1997 Rasmus was a visiting fellow at the King s college in London, and in 1998 at Max Planck in Hamburg. Rasmus participated in the Trusts and Estates roundtable in 2013, and has been member of the Industrial Foundation Project since 2011. He is Chairperson of the CSR Forum since 2012. He has been editor and performed academic reviews of various publications, and is published extensively in academic books as well as legal periodicals.
