Once you are happy with this click Submit. Step 4 Step 5 The system will now generate an email to the teacher/visitor that you have just granted access to the TwinSpace containing their username and password along with the url (web address) of the TwinSpace so they know where to go to login. A similar email is also sent to the Administrator that created the new teacher/visitor account with the same details. Your new teacher/visitor members have now been created successfully. Page 5/35

Page 16/35

You might wish to discuss different aspects of a particular topic, so you might want to add sub-categories to the same topic of discussion. You might want as well to introduce different thread to the discussion; if for example we were discussing Prejudice, and as a subcategory prejudice against women, a thread for discussion could be all the proverbs that show prejudice ; another thread could be equal opportunities, and so on. Page 17/35

How to create a Wiki The procedure for creating a wiki is the same as for a blog (pp 10-12); the only difference is that you select wiki instead. When you add the application to one of your Activities pages, you will get just this: As the system prompts you will need to enter some text. Do not get discouraged by the Creole formatting interface that might look complicated; it is enough to open the drop down window and select the HTML format. Page 18/35

First of all you must decide if you want to create different folders for your files. It is up to you to decide how you want to organize your material. You open your folder and select the command add a document. At this point you can choose the file from your hard disk. Page 19/35
