Rich Roesing Appointed RoesingRW@state.gov Rich Roesing arrived in Chennai in late summer 2015 to be the Management Officer (Administrative Director) at the U.S. Consulate. In an overseas career spanning over two decades, he has worked in Guinea, Moldova, Canada, Nigeria, Lebanon, Croatia, Kosovo, and Bulgaria. He has been in the U.S. Foreign Service since 2004. He was previously on the board of directors of the International School of Conakry.
