Login through Citrix You can login to the Citrix Metaframe servers through the following url s: Internally (from Cebeo network): Externally (from f.i. home): Application Site http://cebeofarm/citrix/metaframe or http://cebeo and then Remote Application Site https://portal.sonepar.be/ or http://portal.cebeo.be/ and then Remote If you re connecting from home or other network make sure that the Proxy server is disabled (this works only from our CEBEO network). See Procedure 1 - Disable Proxy server on page 13 on procedure how to. Fill in the url to connect to the Citrix site in Internet Browser Accept the certificate (click on Yes ) Page 1 of 22
To accept the certificate permanently (to never get the pop-up again) follow procedure explained in Procedure 2 Install Certificate permanently on page 15 Fill-in your Windows/AS400 user id and password and click on Sign In Page 2 of 22
You may get the following message: this means that Internet Explorer is blocking a pop-up, you can unblock it by right-clicking your mouse on the message bar and choose Install ActiveX Control You must then Install the software Page 3 of 22
The application will then start to download Once finished you will get the following screen Page 4 of 22
If you re using a computer where Windows Firewall is enabled you will get the following message where you must click on Unblock : You will then be connected to the Citrix portal of Cebeo. You can then click on Cebeo Citrix to start the connection to Citrix Page 5 of 22
If you connect to Citrix Internally (from Cebeo network from the following url http://cebeofarm/citrix/metaframe ) you will need to fill in your userid and password here Page 6 of 22
Once connected to the Citrix site (Internally or Externally) and logged in you will see all your applications you are allowed to use Page 7 of 22
When you click on an application that application will open and you will be able to use it as if it was installed on your computer Page 8 of 22
When you re finished working and want to stop working with Citrix you need to do the following: Simply click on Log Off to logoff from Citrix And then click on Sign Out to sign out from the Portal Page 9 of 22
You will get the confirmation screen that your session has ended Page 10 of 22
POSSIBLE ERRORS You might get the following error when clicking on an application: Error 1 Communication error if you get this error simply click OK and click again on the application. This error sometimes happens when there is a connection problem but it only happens while opening the first application In order to open applications through Citrix you need to have at least the Citrix Web Client installed on your computer. Normally this client is present on your Cebeo computer but in case it would be missing and you get the following error while opening an application Error 2 ICA client not present you can follow Procedure 3 Install ICA Web Client on page 20 to install the ICA client. You can also get the following error while starting an application: Page 11 of 22
Error 3 Windows Hotfix KB884020 not present For this error you need to install a Windows hotfix on your computer. If this is a Cebeo computer the ICT department will install it for you (if it s not already installed) if it s another computer you need to install it yourself from the following location http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884020 Page 12 of 22
PROCEDURES Procedure 1 - Disable Proxy server Go to Tools menu and open Internet Options Page 13 of 22
Go to the Connections tab and click on LAN Settings Uncheck the Use a proxy server for your LAN checkbox Page 14 of 22
Then click on OK on both screens Procedure 2 Install Certificate permanently When you get the prompt to install the certificate click on View Certificate Click on Install Cetrificate Page 15 of 22
Click on Next on the following screen Page 16 of 22
Select Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of cetrificate and click on Next Click on Finish Click on Yes on the Security Warning Page 17 of 22
You will then receive a message that the import was successful. Click on OK Click again on OK Page 18 of 22

Procedure 3 Install ICA Web Client If you get the following error click on Cancel Download ICA client through the Citrix portal Click on Metaframe Presentation Server Client for 32-bit Windows Click on Run Page 20 of 22

Accept the License Agreement by clicking Yes Setup will complete and you will have to restart your browser (Internet Explorer) after you click OK After which you will be able to launch the applications Page 22 of 22
