2 1) Open Internet Explorer and Go to the Link below. org/ Click on the blue Login for the Pilot OnsiteHealth at the bottom of the page. Enter you username and password and click on Sign In. Accessing OnsiteHealth via the Juniper SSL VPN 2) You may be presented with a Security Warning popup screen. Click on the check box to Always trust content from Juniper Networks, Inc. then click on Yes button. 2 of 17 Accessing OnsiteHealth

3 3) At the OnsiteHealth welcome screen, click on the My Desktop OnDemand link. 4) If you are prompted with a security warning. Check the radio button to Always trust content from this publisher then click on Run. 3 of 17 Accessing OnsiteHealth

4 5) Once Logged in, the Metaframe window should appear. Note: If the Metaframe Window does not appear, Refresh the Application Window - Start > Refresh Application Window 6) When you are finished with your OnsiteHealth session, click Logoff & End Session 4 of 17 Accessing OnsiteHealth

5 7) If you see this screen, you have successfully completed the install process and are ready to use OnsiteHealth. To log out of the OnsiteHealth webpage, click the Door Icon on the right side of the webpage. It is your responsibility to sign out properly. 6 Troubleshooting Guide Mount Sinai Medical Center A. Installing the Latest Version of the Java Runtime Environment If you have problems opening OnsiteHealth, install the latest version of the Java Runtime Environment. 1) Open Internet Explorer and go to the following link to install current version of Java. /index.jsp 2) Click on Download Now 3) A Security Warning window will pop up. 8 6) Once the installation has completed, do not close the browser. Click on the Verify Installation link. Note: The link to verify whether Java is properly installed is: /installed.jsp 7) You should receive this congratulations screen after verification if you have installed Java properly. Note: If you used either Internet Explorer or if you used Mozilla and you want Java to work in the other web browser you ll have to repeat steps 6 and 7 using those other browsers. 8 of 17 Troubleshooting A Installing the Java Runtime Environment

9 B. Determining if you Have Correct Version Of Internet Explorer / Privacy and Settings 1) Open Internet Explorer Go To Help > About Internet Explorer The Version Should be 6.0 or Higher. Click OK. 9 of 17 Troubleshooting B Verifying Internet Explorer Settings

10 2) While still in Internet Explorer Go to Tools > Internet Options Under General Click Delete Cookies and also click Delete Files 3) Note: This window will appear. Check Delete all offline content. Click OK. 4) Note You might have to scroll up or down to locate some items. Click Advanced Make Sure Items with Checkmarks -Use SSL 3.0 -Java (Sun) Use JRE Items to Uncheck -Check for Publisher s Certificate Revocation -Check for Server Certificate Revocation -Enable Integrated Windows Authentication 10 of 17 Troubleshooting B Verifying Internet Explorer Settings

11 5) Click Privacy Tab > Click Settings Note: Only Windows XP Service Pack 2 users will have Pop-up Blocker built into Internet Explorer. 6) Type vpn.msnyuhealth.org and and click Add. Then click Close Note: During testing on Medium Internet Explorer did not block OnsiteHealth. 12 7) Click Ok Note Only High Filter users will see this. 8) Control click the bar at the top and click Always Allow Pop-Ups form this site. You can Close Internet Explorer Now 9) Note: Before doing the following close all programs running. 13 10) Go to C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Temp\ Edit > Select All Hit Delete on the Keyboard 11) Go to My Computer > C:\WINNT\Temp Edit > Select All Hit the Delete key on the keyboard. Note: If you get an error stating Windows can not delete a file or folder, deselect it and Delete again. If a file can not be deleted, skip it and go onto the others. Uninstalling Citrix ICA Software, Aventail Software & Previous Versions of Java For users converting from the Aventail VPN client, we recommend removing the old software if you are experiencing connectivity problems with Juniper. 1) Go to Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel > Click Add or Remove Programs. Note if the Java control panel exists.. 2) Under the List of Currently installed programs locate the Aventail Software and click the Change/Remove button Note: It Should be called Aventail Connect ) You will be prompted to confirm to removal of the software click Yes. 14 of 17 Troubleshooting C Uninstalling Legacy VPN Software

15 4) Once Complete you will be Prompted to reboot your computer click No. The Citrix ICA Software still needs to be Uninstalled. 5) Once the Aventail Software is done uninstalling you will see the following screen. Just click OK. 6) Now locate the Citrix ICA software click Change/Remove Button Note: It should be called Citrix Program Neighborhood. 15 of 17 Troubleshooting C Uninstalling Legacy VPN Software

16 7) You will be prompted if you want to remove the software click on Yes. 8) Click on OK. In Step 1 if you did not see the Java Control Panel, do the following: Close any open windows. Go to Start Menu > Shutdown > Restart. Once your computer restarts, you can install the latest version of Java (page 6). If you noticed the Java control panel, go onto step 9. 9) Locate the Java Program. It should be called J2SE Runtime Environment (the exact name will vary depending on what previous version you have installed.) 17 10) You will be prompted if you really want to remove Java, click Yes. 11) Once Java is done uninstalling just close the Add or Remove programs window. Note: After uninstalling Java, restart your computer before you install any new software. Start Menu > Shutdown > Restart. 12) After restarting your computer, follow the instructions for installing the latest version of the Java Runtime Environment locate on page 6 of this document.
