How to Access the Application Is available on Delhi Police Website, Samsung Play store and Google Play store 15 Can be downloaded by Women on Android, I phone and Windows Smart Phones Women user will be required to fill up online registration form and provide required information like emergency contact numbers of family and friends A unique registration key will be forwarded to the user registration number through SMS automatically. Subsequently the user can download the application from the link provided and install on her phone.
How Himmat Works Apps get activated by SOS alert, Shaking the Phone or Power Button installed in audio jack. As soon as a victim raises an alert: her current location, video and audio of 30 seconds are shared with Central Police Control Room Simultaneously SMS also goes to the relatives number registered 16
17 Central Police Control Room Will get alert and dispatcher will direct the PCR Van to attend the victim in distress. The app will keep giving 10 seconds update on dynamic location of victim in distress.
Available on Phone No.- 8800001091 Women/Girls can upload pictures or registration numbers of TSR/ Cab/ Bus before boarding. All the details received will be preserved for maximum one week. Victims can also send distress messages which will be taken to logical end through PA -100 network. 18
