5 NOTES ANDROID Support for Android devices running version 2.2 or greater up to 4.3. Samsung Android device specific functionality *(10 Samsung devices configured using the Samsungspecific Android client for MOZO have more features available than other Android devices due to the presence of Samsung s MDM API. In addition, application installation and uninstallation may be performed silently. HTC Android device specific functionality HTC devices supporting HTCPro MDM API and using the HTCspecific Android client for MOZO have more feature available than other Android devices. Extended feature are configuration of Exchange mail and application installation/uninstallation. Carrier settings *(3 Configuration of APN is not supported on Android 4.x and some manufacturer specific devices running 2.2.x/2.3.x and 3.x due to OS limitations and model specific changes. Configuration is possible with Samsungspecific Android client. WINDOWS MOBILE Mobile is supported up to version 6.5. Lock code and encryption policy *(6 These features are not supported outofthebox, but can be handled with customized XMLscripts uploaded to the platform. WINDOWS PHONE Supported from version 8.0 and up. No support for Phone 7.x Remote wipe *(11 Remote wipe is performed after the device connects to perform a scheduled synchronization. No push available on Phone as of yet. SYMBIAN Only devices by Nokia running Symbian S60 3 rd or 5 th edition, Symbian^3 or Anna are supported. Encryption policy *(7 This feature is supported on Nokia E and N series devices with builtin encryption support from Nokia. These are E52, E55, E66, E71, E72, E75 and selected devices running Symbian Anna OS.

6 IOS Support for Apple iphone and ipad both 3G and WiFi versions. Send SMS *(1 Apple ipad cannot receive ordinary SMS messages and perform enrolment through a dedicated webpage. MOZO client sync settings *(2 MDM synchronization settings are set server side and not in the ios client. Browser bookmarks *(4 Bookmarks are created as WebClips on Apple ios devices and not as bookmarks in the Safari browser. IBM Lotus Domino *(5 Requires IBM Lotus Domino 8.5.x or greater. The users passwords also have to be stored hashed in the MOZO database due to the fact that Domino requires that all server and user related data is set up in the same operation. Applications *(8 Management (install and uninstall) of applications require ios 5 or greater.
