CITUS GROUP OF COMPANIES www.citus.com.sg

On behalf of the Citus team, I am pleased to extend warm greetings to all our valued partners and stakeholders. Citus Trading was incorporated in 1983 as a small one-man operation. Over the last three decades, the Citus portfolio has grown significantly. In addition to the pioneering company that is Citus Trading, the Citus Group umbrella now spans three entities Citus Trading Pte. Ltd., Citus Investments Pte. Ltd., and Citus Energy Pte. Ltd. In the process, Citus has grown and evolved from the early days of supplying building materials into a trusted and well established international trader of products like bulk material, timber, agricultural commodities, and energy commodities today. I take great pride in the fact that Citus Group s annual turnover is comparable to many medium sized companies listed on the Singapore stock exchange, a fact that we could not even imagine 30 years ago. The scale of growth that we have experienced as a company would not have been possible without the support of our external business associates and the confidence of our bankers. It is to these indispensable partners that Citus owes a lot of our success to. Without which, we would not be able to generate the levels of revenues and retained earnings to allow the organic growth we have seen in the last three decades. I am deeply grateful to all our associates and bankers who have played a part in Citus growth and look forward to continuing our long and fruitful partnership. Looking into the future for Citus Group, I am extremely confident that we will experience exponential growth, even when compared to how far we have come thus far. With the next generation of the Citus team firmly in place, we have plans to actively grow our current lines of business, and aggressively expand into other businesses that directly or indirectly add value to our core competencies. By leveraging our experience in trading, as well as the close relationships we have nurtured with top industry players, we have plans to grow both organically as well as through acquisitions. I am excited to join hands with our new generation of Citus Group to catapult the company into the future. With Warm Regards, JOHN CHENG Founder & Managing Director
